Three Divine Wishes: Yes, I'm OP!

Chapter 231: The Power of... Lust - What The Future Holds...

"This guy..."

Amber muttered under her breath as her eyes swept across the auction hall where thousands of beings lay slumped in their seats or crumpled against the floor.

Every one of them was locked inside fractured dreams as their chests rose and fell in the slow, even rhythm of sleep.

She gave a slight shake of her head as she pulled herself from the brief reverie.

’Five years, huh?’ she mused inwardly, not at all bothered by the deadline. In fact, the thought of contributing to something clearly important left her feeling a bit more excited.

She turned toward the two still-stunned Loria members and the pale prince who sat rigid in his chair.

"We need to go," she said, voice steady and already moving toward the door, "before more trouble arrives."

She didn’t pause to check if they were behind her.

She was already moving out of the VIP room and into the hallway, her figure swaying as she disappeared around the first corner without a single look back.

----

Far from the auction halls of Loreua, the world of Vexon hung in the void like a fading sapphire.

Its surface was an endless expanse of blue—oceans, skies, even the thin clouds carried the same muted hue—yet the color held no life.

The environment itself felt dull and exhausted: the once-vibrant seas lay still and glassy, the sparse landmasses cracked and barren, and the air was thin with the quiet resignation of a world barely hanging on.

As a cloud of pink smoke appeared in the upper atmosphere, Luna and Yume stood side by side, arms still locked from their departure.

Yume’s purplish-blue eyes scanned the horizon, a faint frown tugging at her lips.

"This world really is nearly dead," she murmured, voicing the truth they had recently come to know.

"Well... for now, anyway," Luna said as she laughed.

The simple reply made Yume’s gaze sparkle with sudden interest.

Ever since the moment Luna had allowed even a glimpse of her true nature as Lust, Yume had gained a growing fascination.

In essence, the two of them shared the same fundamental gift—the ability to create whatever they desired from nothing...

Yet the path Luna walked felt different, deeper, and Yume wanted to see every remaining difference for herself.

"How do you plan to handle everything, then? What item do you have in mind to create?"

Yume asked as she tilted her head, the motion sending the soft cascade of mixed purple and blue hair across one of her shoulders.

"Oh, Yume... who said there’s a need for an item?" Luna asked with a light teasing smile.

HUMMMMMM!!!!!

The moment that her words ended, a pinkish-purple aura erupted from her body in a sudden, expanding wave.

The surge of power was so intense it transformed the sky from a dull blue to a radiant rose.

"Making things is just a small part of what I’m really capable of. As long as there are desires... I can make them real," Luna said as her smile widened.

"Even my own."

HUMMMMMMM!!!!!

In an instant, the world below erupted in a blinding wash of pink light that swallowed every horizon, every barren stretch of land, every lifeless sea.

But... the light vanished as suddenly as it had come.

However... what remained was nothing like the world before.

Where a dying world had hung only moments earlier, a fully revitalized Vexon now turned beneath them.

The oceans had deepened into rich, living blue, their surfaces already stirring with the first currents of new wind.

Sparse landmasses had filled with fresh blue grass, thin forests rose in the space of a breath, and the air itself carried the clean, bright scent of rain that had not fallen in ages.

Yume stared, lips parted; the sound of her next breath was the only sound she managed for several heartbeats.

"Mistress... do you think I can do something like this?" She asked as she finally spoke.

Luna’s smile softened as she reached out, gently flicking the tip of Yume’s nose with a light, playful touch.

"First... stop calling me Mistress. We have the same man... and the same future husband. The superiority act is getting tiring."

"Touché," Yume said, her laugh ringing free and bright.

Ever since she’d learned about the activities Luna and Akasha had been involved in years ago in the forest of Dreamer’s Peak... ever since she’d started seeing Akasha as more than just her master.

She, too, had thought such a title could be exhausting, but she wasn’t one to overstep boundaries—especially with Luna being so kind and easygoing.

Luna’s expression then settled into something more serious, the playful curve of her mouth still present but tempered by thought.

"Honestly... I don’t think the notion of Dreams is entirely what Akasha—or even you—have been doing," she said, heart-eyes fixed on the newly living world below.

"Just think about your path again."

Yume took a moment, gaze drifting across the revitalized seas while her mind turned over the familiar structure of freezing and unfreezing potential and the peak of it all.

She nodded once.

"It’s the usual potential stuff..." Her head tilted as the realization settled in with quiet clarity.

"So... everything beyond that is only possible because he’s an anomaly?" she asked, still uncertain.

Yet it was obvious that if Dreams in this fantasy world weren’t truly tied to creation, that had to be the only explanation.

"I’m guessing he slipped his own idea into what dreams could be... and that’s what led to the creation of Dream Land."

Luna nodded, the motion slow and certain.

"Exactly."

She shrugged one shoulder, the pink-and-purple cascade of her hair shifting with the movement.

"But it doesn’t matter. I’m sure he’ll find a workaround soon enough."

Yume’s smile returned, soft and knowing.

"Yeah... as soon as he’s done running around."

-----

The world of Oryssal hung in the Orin Star System like another wounded jewel.

This was the last remaining world still locked in under invasion, and the second of its kind to hover so close to final collapse.

Unlike the quiet resignation that had claimed other subjugated worlds... this world burned with stubborn defiance.

Its inhabitants had refused to yield before the invading pantheon, had even pushed back against the crushing weight of Creed’s power itself....

However, the resistance had not arisen from ancient preparation or long-laid alliances.

It had begun only a decade ago, when a single vampire appeared among the captive populations and began freeing carefully chosen souls, one by one, until the freed became the spark that set the entire world alight with rebellion.

And with the majority of the invading pantheon’s most important beings now gone from the system, it only made things easier.

Deep within one of Oryssal’s remaining forests, the air carried the constant rustle of leaves stirred by a restless wind.

Around a broad, moss-covered rock, a small group had gathered in tense quiet.

Jovian sat at the center of the circle, legs crossed, his long white hair cascading in loose waves down his back, a strip of white cloth tied snugly over his eyes.

His black-and-white robes hung in layered folds, shifting gently with each whisper of air.

His companions waited nearby in varying states of readiness: Jack stood with arms crossed, eyes scanning the trees.

Melissa’s long white hair lifted gently in the breeze; Selia, with her long black hair pulled back from her beautiful face.

Beside her, her younger sister shifted restlessly from foot to foot, and their aunt, her equally long black hair framing a face lined with experience, kept a quiet, watchful gaze.

For a long while, Jovian remained utterly still, until... now, as his head lifted a fraction.

A massive smile spread across his face, wide and unrestrained, the expression of someone who found genuine delight in the very chaos that surrounded them.

"This world," he said, voice low and carrying easily through the quiet circle, "is just full of chaos."
