Three Divine Wishes: Yes, I'm OP!

Chapter 132: The World of Noxara

Four full years had passed since Krax, once prince of the mighty Von’El Titans, left the world of Kalpa.

He stood alone in the open sky, arms crossed, long dark hair drifting in the hot wind as he looked down upon the sprawling refugee camp far below.

The world of Noxara stretched out beneath him in every direction—an endless expanse of red earth, jagged black stone ridges, and sparse forests of twisted, copper-leafed trees that clung stubbornly to life.

Four suns hung in the reddish-yellow sky, their overlapping light casting the entire landscape in a perpetual, feverish glow that never truly faded into night.

And as he floated there, Krax’s expression remained hard.

In four years of careful, relentless effort, the expansion of his forces had amounted to almost nothing.

However, it was not due to his lack of action.

But the situation on Noxara had proven far more complex than either he or his system had anticipated.

Every path that should have been straightforward had twisted into something denser and more dangerous.

Power structures here were layered, ancient, and deeply intertwined with the scars of a war that had only recently ended/

A soft, familiar voice spoke inside his mind.

[Are you done staring, Host?]

Hearing this, Krax’s jaw tightened slightly.

"I’m just taking it all in." He said as he recalled everything he’d learned in these four years.

"Every inhabitant of this world... is under subjugation or long dead."

[Correct,] the system replied, its tone clinical yet faintly edged with shared frustration.

[From every fragment of information we have gathered, no Titans were ever born naturally on Noxara.

Every single one present arrived as refugees during the Great Severance. They fled here seeking survival... and found only a different kind of cage.]

Krax’s eyes narrowed as he continued to study the camp below.

Unlike the decisive conquests he would have preferred, he had been forced to lie low for years, gathering intelligence with the system’s help, mapping power structures, and waiting for the right moment.

His patience had finally led him here—to one of just three known Titan refugee camps left in the entire world. And even calling it felt like a stretch.

This wasn’t some mighty bastion of Titans; it was a patchwork community of shattered peoples and weary survivors, clinging to what little they had left.

Among them, only ten true Titans remained, still alive and breathing.

Krax floated high above the refugee camp, arms still crossed, the four suns of Noxara beating down on his shoulders with relentless reddish-yellow light.

The dry, metallic wind tugged at his long dark hair as he stared at the sparse cluster of Titan signatures below.

"What should I do next?" he asked quietly.

The system’s voice answered inside his mind, edged with rare resignation.

[Honestly... we can only watch until something happens, Host, unless you plan to risk your life.

Even the outer guards of this refuge are God Emperors.... And there is no telling what else waits deeper inside.]

Krax’s jaw clenched, the muscles along his neck standing out.

He’d made it this far by sticking to the system’s orders exactly, and if it told him to wait, he would.

Without a second thought, he dropped into a cross-legged seat in the open air, the hot wind pressing against him as he settled into stillness high above the camp.

And by now... He knew this situation all too well... it was nothing like Kalpa.

On Kalpa, he had taken advantage of the Academy of Revelations’ schemes without even realizing it at first, then seized control of the Barbarians by simply defeating their leader in open battle.

Everything had moved according to openings he could exploit.

Here on Noxara, he found himself alone once more—completely, undeniably alone—with no clever plans lying in wait to be seized, no handy political squabbles ripe for him to nudge in his favor.

At this moment, determined to get things moving, he had nothing left to do but wait.

At least, that’s what he thought, because in truth, all that waiting and watching barely lasted a moment.

As... The silence broke apart suddenly; without the slightest hint it was coming.

----

Then, chaos ripped through the camp—not as a distant event, but as a scream in the dark, raw and immediate.

A Dark Elf shoved a gaunt human to the mud; lips curled in a sneer.

"Stay down, vermin!" he spat, drawing laughter from his companions.

BANG!

Another kicked at the ribs of a dragon, its scales dulled and cracked.

"Haha, not so mighty now, are you?"

The dragon didn’t answer, only shivered and tucked its battered wings tighter.

In the corner, a Sun Kami flinched as a guard flicked mud in her direction.

"Look at you—so pathetic now that your precious Pantheon is gone," he taunted.

Their voices carried through the gloom, sharp with the cruelty of the powerful—each word like a lash.

CLICK!!!

Suddenly, metal locks snapped open in rapid succession—a discordant chorus of freedom.

Energy barriers fizzled and died, their blue light sputtering away.

Instantly, prisoners stared in disbelief, frozen for a heartbeat as the impossible unfolded before their hollow eyes.

A child whispered, voice trembling....

"Mama, are we free?"

Her mother pulled her close, eyes wide and wild.

The answer came not in words but in a hundred desperate voices rising at once.

"Go!" someone screamed.

HUMMMMM!!!!!

Instantly the cages burst open, and the captives surged out.

After years of suppressed powers.... their affinities flared to life the moment the restrictions vanished.

A gaunt man thrust out his hand and a spear of condensed earth formed in his grip.

A woman pulled raw flame from the air and shaped it into twin short blades. Lightning crawled along the arms of a thin youth and hardened into a crackling whip.

Others called water, wind, or jagged stone, forging whatever crude but functional weapons their depleted power could still manage.

The air thickened with shouts, curses, and the sudden clash of affinity-forged steel against the overseers’ blades.

For a brief, furious moment, it was as if the camp’s long misery had been set ablaze.

Weakness still clung to their limbs, each swing lacking the strength it should have, each step dragging with weight.

And... it didn’t take long before the Dark Elf overseers regained their composure with chilling precision.

"What... Put them back in their place!" a captain barked, already cutting through the nearest cluster of resistance.

SHKKKKK!!!!!

SHKKKK!!!!!

Instantly, blood spattered across the earth.

A woman cried out as a swift stroke severed her arm. At the same time, the boy’s lightning whip fizzled and went dark as a blade pierced his throat.

-----

High above, Krax remained cross-legged in the open sky, eyes narrowed against the reddish-yellow glare of the four suns.

"What the hell was that?" he muttered, voice low beneath the rising chaos.

His system’s whisper brushed against his ear.

Normally, other cultivators couldn’t quite discern the exact affinities or the powers at play—unless they shared the same one.

But Krax’s system was different, born from a being who had crafted it with elements like Fate and Destiny intricately woven into its core.

[...Host, someone is interfering. Events like this don’t just happen by chance in the world of power,] it murmured before pausing.

[Someone... is tampering with the fate of this refuge.]

HUMMMMMM!!!!

Before he could reply, the air above the stronghold shimmered—a figure drifting down in a ripple of impossible light.

White hair streamed behind the newcomer, eyes hidden by a luminous blindfold. He moved with a lazy, dangerous grace—one hand lazily tracing a sword through the smoky air.

[Severing Edge (Above Origin)]

With a flick, he drew a gleaming arc, slicing the camp’s tension in half.

In an instant, unseen threads of fate unraveled, and the guards lurched awkwardly, like puppets suddenly freed from their strings.

A ripple of panic crossed their faces as instinct deserted them, their futures seemingly stolen away, leaving them adrift and utterly without coordination.

Seeing this random occurrence... there were no questions at all.

No, instead, the captives surged, their desperation turning feral.

BANGGGG!!!!!

A fist caught a Dark Elf in the jaw; another overseer went down beneath a tide of fists and teeth. Screams mixed with the triumphant howls of the once hopeless.

And, above the chaos, the white-haired stranger laughed—a sound bright and jarring amid the carnage.

"Haha, free alas! You’re free at last!" he called, voice ringing clear over the screams.

HUMMMMMM!!!!!

THRUMMMM!!!!

However, in that exact moment, as the man- clearly Jovian...

An arrow, black as void, tore through the smoke toward his heart.

[Fate Severing Adaptation (Above Origin)]

Seeing this, he only smiled, and in that moment, he activated his innate power, slicing his own fate that would have allowed the arrow to land true.

Then.... two Dark Elves flashed into view, power crackling in the air around them. Their eyes burned—cold, furious, locked on the intruder who had turned their world upside down.

Krax watched intently as the three figures faced off above the carnage, while the system hissed with urgency.

[Host, this is your moment. Go. Meet the Titans—while this man takes all the heat!]
