Chapter 235: Keep her safe
The Next morning:
Izaak cast his gaze upon the newbie vampires, their role is to assist Alora in honing her ability to control through her eyes. He issued a stern warning to the guardians, emphasizing the importance of Alora’s safety.
"Why has she taken so long to arrive?" Izaak muttered under his breath, his eyes scanning the horizon.
His gaze landed on Alora, trailing behind her was Melody. Izaak made a conscious decision to keep his emotions under wraps, not wanting to display them on the training grounds.
As Alora approached the prince, she offered him a courteous greeting. "Please accept my apologies for the delay, Brother Izaak," Alora said, her voice laced with regret.
"It’s alright. I was under the impression that Venus would join you as well," Izaak responded, his tone nonchalant.
"Venus is feeling under the weather today. Hence, she couldn’t make it," Alora explained.
"Hmm." Izaak then pivoted to face the novice vampires, who were already teetering on the edge of losing control. The presence of two humans added more effect on their brains for the fresh blood.
Izaak guided Alora towards the group of fledgling vampires, while Melody remained at a distance. He advised Alora to maintain her concentration and clear her mind of any distractions while harnessing her abilities.
