"Greetings to Your Highness," Scarlet was swift to leave her seat as she saw Magnus. Alora, too, rose to her feet and noticed that he looked a bit disturbed. She wondered if everything was fine with him.
Scarlet found how she was being ignored as always. But she didn’t mind it. It was Magnus’s nature to ignore everyone, except for those whom he cared.
"I believe Miss Scarlet should depart," Magnus finally stated, his gaze wasn’t on her but on Alora. "Tobias, kindly see her out," he requested.
"Princess Alora, thank you for inviting me. I truly enjoyed it," said Scarlet and left with Tobias.
"It’s not good to treat everyone coldly. You could have accepted Scarlet’s greetings," Alora said as she walked to him.
"Well, you should know that I’m only warm to you," Magnus replied.
"You look worried about something. How did the court session go? You must have met a lot of elders and officials after a long time," Alora stated, holding his hands gently.
"I did meet them. Alora, do you remember the vision Izaak had about you for the first time?" Magnus inquired her. "About your mother," he then responded.
"Ahh, that. Yes, I do. Why? What happened?" Alora questioned him.
