As soon as Norman was informed about Alora’s and Magnus’s arrival, he left the breakfast in the middle. "I should see them," Norman said, informing his wife.
"I’ll accompany Father," said Elliot as he also left breakfast in the middle.
Rhea told Norman to be gentle with Alora. "Last time she was too upset with you. But I know her. She won’t refuse to help you," she asserted, keeping her trust in Alora.
Norman hummed as he sipped water before leaving with Elliot for the palace.
As Rhea watched her husband and son leave, she prayed internally to turn everything right.
"Do you think we would have seen this day if Alora wasn’t with us?" Madam Aubrey bitterly asked as she left the spoon on the silver plate before her. Rhea turned to glance at her because she again started finding faults in Alora.
"Mother, why don’t you understand that Alora was never a problem in this house? We heard no complaints from her side after she married the royal family. Venus foolishly dragged Alora into all this and the consequences are in front of us," said Rhea, telling her mother-in-law not to blame Alora always.
