Chapter 61: Venus has disappeared
Alora crossed her arms over her chest and glared at Magnus, who was reclining with his head against the headboard of the bed.
"What did I do? Your grandmother needs to be shown a mirror of her discriminating behavior toward you. Alora, you should reward me, instead of glaring at me," Magnus stated.
"Let my grandmother do what she wants. She is old and she is my elder," Alora explained.
"Show me your feet," Magnus asserted.
"Why?" Alora got confused.
"I want to touch them," he pronounced. "You are the idol of naivety!" He taunted Alora.
"I am not naive," Alora argued with him.
"Oh, you are!" Magnus stated.
"I know many things. I just ignore them," Alora replied.
"Then," Magnus suddenly appeared before her and pulled her close by holding her waist, "tell me what happens between a husband and a wife when they are married?"
"What kind of question is this?" Alora murmured. She asked him to let her go, her hands moved to his arm, attempting to release her from it.
