Chapter 74: New Rules
Kellar stepped out of the shelter adjusting his clothes, leaving the three women inside exhausted and filled to the brim with his seed. It seemed that with his new strength and endurance, his limits had vanished; he could fuck over and over again without showing a single sign of fatigue. In fact, during the final round, all three of them had ended up begging him to stop. "Maybe it would be a good idea to find more women in the tribe to spread out the work," thought Kellar with a satisfied grin as he breathed in the crisp morning air.
Once outside, he noticed that the entire tribe was standing there waiting for him. From the inhabitants of the lowlands to those from the upper quarters, no one wanted to be negligent or miss whatever was about to happen.
Right in front of his house, Kellar saw the massive statue of the Storm Chaos Bear, which they had already hauled over and set in place. That saved him the trouble of searching for it later, as he planned for this riverbank area to become the new center of the village.
Kellar raised his hands, making a firm gesture to quiet the crowd.
"Quiet, quiet," said Kellar.
The crowd instantly fell silent, hanging on his every word.
"I want everyone to know that I won’t be taking reprisals for what happened in the past. I’ll let water flow under the bridge, so don’t fear on that front," said Kellar. "However, I feel this tribe was treated with neglect, so everything changes starting today."
Kellar paused briefly, letting his gaze sweep across everyone present before continuing.
"First, the location of the village will officially move to this river area. The snowfall will only get worse, and going out to forage for food will become difficult. However, I have a plan so that we will have food starting today," said Kellar.
Whispers of awe and relief broke out among the crowd, but Kellar raised his hand once more to demand order.
"Second, I will be setting new clan rules. I am abolishing the privileges you previously held, and everyone will have to work hard again to earn them. Furthermore, I want everyone to be willing to contribute; I will not allow leeches in my tribe," said Kellar.
As he uttered those last words, Kellar locked eyes onto a group of older individuals. They were the very same elders who had monopolized the food distribution points in the past, leaving the rest of the people to starve.
To drive his point home, Kellar brushed two of his fingers together in the air. With a sharp crackle, a pair of red lightning sparks erupted from his fingertips, casting a menacing glow across his face.
"Of course, you are free to disagree... and we can have a little chat at any time," said Kellar.

Kellar spent the entire afternoon organizing everyone into work groups, teaching them how to build sturdy houses similar to his own. With several dozen strong men and the hunters working all at once, chopping down trees became a task so fast and efficient it was almost terrifying. Just one afternoon was enough to completely transform the riverbank into a growing wooden village.
"Move those logs toward the north corner! Don’t just stand around!" said Krag.
As the current right-hand man and leader of the guard, Krag supervised every single movement with an iron fist. Beside him, Lupar, Marty, Grok, and Brak directed the haul squads, ensuring nobody slacked off for a second.
Among the laborers, Mark—the brother of the previously slain leader—was sweating profusely while dragging a heavy log alongside his group. They hadn’t taken a single second of rest all day long; the fear of Kellar consumed them entirely, knowing that at any given moment and for the slightest mistake, the new shaman could execute them without hesitation.
"Hurry up, don’t give him any reason to look our way again," said Mark under his breath to his group.
By the end of the afternoon, the new wooden village was practically erected. Satisfied with the progress, Kellar approached the statue of the Red Chaos Bear and opened his interface to spend the 400 tribal evolution points on the [Altar] tab.
Upon confirming the purchase, a scarlet glow burst from the ground. Right in front of the majestic statue of the Red Chaos Bear, the earth molded itself into an imposing stone altar carved with ancient runes, topped with red flames that burned bright without consuming any fuel.

Kellar stared at the new altar of red flames for a few moments and decided to consult the interface directly.
"System, can evolution points spawn complete items directly, like weapons or a defensive wall?" said Kellar.
[Response: Evolution points do not grant physical objects. The interface will only provide the knowledge, production methods, and detailed blueprints for the tribe to develop them on their own.]
"Figures," said Kellar with a light sigh. "We’ll have to build everything the old-fashioned way."
He looked around and saw that the houses were progressing at an impressive rate. Once the hunters understood the basic concept of how to cut and fit the timber together, they had become remarkably good at it.
"While they keep working on the houses, I think it’s time to move on to the next phase for the clan," said Kellar.
He glanced over at the nearest work crew and raised his voice to call his trusted men.
"Krag, follow me!" said Kellar from a distance.
Krag, who was guiding the people alongside Grok, raised his hand in acknowledgement. Both of them left their instructions with the crew and walked over with firm steps toward their shaman, ready for new orders.
