On the Third Hokage's desk, documents were stacked over a meter high.
Beside it, six baskets of scrolls sat on the floor.
This was the first time Yako had ever seen scrolls stored in baskets.

Pensions for fallen ninjas, the ninja academy expansion plan, rebuilding border strongholds in the Land of Fire, guardian ninja quotas for the Daimyo of various nations, liaising with merchant guild heads from across the continent, and post-war assignments for the nobles of the Land of Fire—it was all incredibly troublesome.
The Third Hokage was completely obscured behind the documents. His voice drifted from behind the stacks: "Yellow Dog, is something the matter?"
Yellow Dog replied, "Lord Hokage, Fox has secured important intelligence regarding a jinchuriki from the Hidden Cloud Village."
The Third Hokage stood, rolled his stiff neck, walked over to the sofa, took the scroll, and sat down.
