I Survived in Anbu to Become Super Kage

One morning, Yako was in his office reading through a scroll.

It felt good to have a private office.

Purple Cat walked into the office.

"Jonin Fox, a notice just arrived from the Jonin Council. All Anbu Jonin are required to attend the Jonin Assembly Meeting," she said.

Yako could finally attend the assembly as well—no longer as a security guard, but as an official Anbu Jonin.

"Understood. I'll head over now."

Yako arrived at the entrance to the Anbu base, where he spotted Yellow Dog, Black Ant, and Ki.

He now stood on equal footing with these captains; when the Jonin Council convened, he had to be included.

The Anbu were hailed as Konoha's elite, but the actual number of Jonin within their ranks was quite low.
