Chapter 124: Even Healed, He'd Just Be a Shimura Clan Idiot
"Leaf Monkey, you push yourself too hard."
Hearing the sympathy from his captain, Fox, Leaf Monkey replied, "I didn't think about it at the time; I just wanted to complete the mission. Squadron Captain, Squad Leader Hanashika's injuries are real too. Everyone went all out."
Yako glanced at Hanashika. His head was shaved bare and covered in blade wounds.
The vigorous movement had split the gashes open, causing them to ooze pale pink blood.
On closer inspection, it was red blood mixed with yellow pus.
Looking over at the poisoned Shimura ninja, Yako ordered, "We'll rest up ahead. Treat your wounds before we move on so you don't sustain any irreversible damage. Give the Shimura ninja a few more shots of stimulants; as long as he doesn't die, it's fine."
Yako hadn't expected his squad members to take this mission so seriously.
As the squadron captain, he had reviewed Leaf Monkey's file.
Leaf Monkey's real name was Sugifuku.
