Chapter 94: Someone Else
Danzo's pace alternated between erratic bursts of speed and slow trudges.
Sometimes, he would inexplicably stop in his tracks and stare blankly into the air, lost in thought.
Other times, he would sprint ahead like a madman, leaving Yako and the Aburame ninja exhausted as they struggled to keep up.
Just thinking about it elicited a twinge of pity for Danzo.
He had spent the entire journey plotting how to deal with Kato Dan, going so far as to finalize a battle plan, only for a dying old Uchiha man to suddenly appear and thrash him.
His newly transplanted trump card—Kagami Uchiha's Mangekyo Sharingan—had been utterly ruined by Uchiha Madara.
Who was Uchiha Madara? He was the very forefather of the Sharingan. Even if Kagami Uchiha were still alive, he would have met his end facing Uchiha Madara today.
Yako felt a secret swell of joy in his heart, but he was also plagued by anxiety. Would Danzo actually start killing people in a fit of rage?
