The spiraling, distorted space quickly settled, spitting out several figures.
Onoki flared his comically large nose, inhaling the damp air.
"Who wouldn't love the lush forests of the Land of Fire?" Onoki mused. "The weather is perfect, the soil is fertile, and so many massive trees grow here. Compared to this, the plateaus of the Land of Earth are far too barren."
The Land of Fire occupied the most habitable territory in the ninja world, drawing intense jealousy from other nations.
The Third Raikage looked out over the distant forest. Through the gaps in the canopy, he could faintly make out the outlines of several massive stone faces.
It was Konoha's famous Hokage Rock.
Just as the Third Raikage prepared to charge toward the Hidden Leaf, Onoki held him back.
"Wait! Raikage!" Onoki said, glancing toward Uchiha Obito and Zetsu. "For this attack on the Hidden Leaf, did your Akatsuki Organization really only send the two of you?"
