Minato frowned. Driven by anxiety and panic, Kakashi's actions had forced a terrible choice into Minato's hands: kill Luo Sha to complete the mission, or save Nohara Rin.
The mission or his subordinate. If he were the only one making the choice, it would not be an issue.
But Kakashi throwing that kunai meant he had already made his choice.
