Chapter 467: Fatal Flaw
Bessei, the Foreign Affairs Advisor of the Hidden Cloud Village, arrived at the Hidden Stone Village.
His eyes betrayed deep anxiety.
Ever since Lady Ryuhajin, the Two-Tails Jinchuriki, was killed, the Hidden Cloud Village had been secretly preparing for battle, desperate to use war to avenge her, war to weaken the Hidden Leaf, and war to expand the Cloud Village's territory.
Entering the Tsuchikage's office, Advisor Bessei met with the Third Tsuchikage, Onoki.
"Lord Tsuchikage, what are you still waiting for? Why haven't you declared war yet?"
Seeing the advisor sent by the Raikage, Onoki rested his chin on his hands and spoke slowly. "No rush, no rush. The ninja world is like a pressure cooker right now, and it will soon explode.
"The Hidden Leaf is strong, much stronger than we imagined.
"Against a Hidden Leaf this strong, we must make absolutely foolproof preparations.
"I am waiting. Waiting for some people."
