I Survived in Anbu to Become Super Kage

Wreathed in lightning, the Third Raikage sprinted across the surface of the sea.

It seemed to take him only two steps to cross several hundred meters.

However, the Cloud Ninja aboard the ship quickly realized the Third Raikage's speed was dropping drastically.

They could actually track his movements with their bare eyes!

This would have been absolutely impossible in the past; normally, they wouldn't even see an afterimage.

The closer he got to the shore, the slower the Third Raikage became.

Bessei pointed at the sea and said, "There's something wrong with that mist!"

A massive cloud of faint mist blanketed the shore. It was precisely this mist that caused the Third Raikage's speed to plummet the moment he touched it.

He seemed to have hit a powerful resistance.
