Outside the Land of Rivers Capital.
Mitokado Etsu and his wife finally welcomed Homura Mitokado.
Homura Mitokado arrived travel-worn and weary; this was the last vassal state on his diplomatic mission.

Onogoroshima!
An absolutely pitch-black circular island appeared beneath their feet.
A bizarre power manifested on the black island; anything it touched instantly collapsed downward.
