The pressure of facing Uchiha Madara forces me to take this risk. Lord Orochimaru, if you agree, we can make our respective preparations and complete the transplant tomorrow."
For the sake of the Wood Release experiments, Orochimaru wouldn't pass up such an excellent test subject.
As long as he could get his hands on the Hashirama Cells, Yako was confident he could snatch the Wood Release bloodline right out of the tiger's mouth, regardless of whatever ulterior motives Orochimaru might harbor.
