On his way to Orochimaru's laboratory, Yako passed by the Root training ground.
Danzo was inside the training ground.
Holding a long sword, he viciously batted a rookie away.
The rookie had failed to meet Danzo's requirements during taijutsu training.
Although he had used the flat of the blade, he hadn't held back at all. The rookie crashed into the wall, shattering the brick facing.
As the rookie slid down the wall to the floor, blood seeped from under his mask.
"Trash! How can trash like this meet the requirements of Root!"
Yako glanced at the tyrannical Danzo and continued walking toward Orochimaru's laboratory.
Danzo noticed the gaze on his back and saw it was Fox, heading to Orochimaru's to collect the progress report.
