The terrifying sphere of Demon Qi tore through everything in its path, shooting straight for him.

But in Gu Yun’s eyes, wreathed in faint purple Thunder and emitting an eerie violet light, it was simply too slow!

Though the attack wasn’t fatal, it had inflicted a genuine, albeit minor, wound. Ao Jiao roared in fury as his massive tail whipped toward Gu Yun’s position like lightning.

The sheer power of his tyrannical Demon Body Physique carried an overwhelming force, like a tsunami that could shatter the very air, making the surrounding space seem to crack as the tail slammed violently toward Gu Yun!

But Gu Yun had pushed his Three Thousand Thunder Flashes to its absolute limit.

Ao Jiao couldn’t touch him at all, repeatedly striking nothing but his afterimages.

Ao Jiao’s draconic eyes began to turn bloodshot with rage.

He then let out a furious bellow:

The roar from the colossal Demon Fiend shook the heavens and the earth, echoing for miles in every direction!

A vicious glint flashed in Ao Jiao’s draconic eyes. A claw descended from the void; endless Demonic Qi had condensed into a terrifying giant claw that tore through the heavens as it came crashing down to suppress Gu Yun!

Faced with the colossal descending claw, Gu Yun’s expression remained calm. His robes fluttered, and his long hair danced in the wind.

In the next instant, his cold expression sharpened. A brilliant light burst from his eyes, which seemed to hold the glint of a turning blade. His gaze became as sharp as a blade’s edge, one that could cleave the heavens and tear through the endless night, shining with unprecedented radiance.

Gu Yun slashed. Instantly, the void around him filled with terrifying, pale cyan flames. The dreadful, pale-cyan, fiery Blade Qi was like a spark from the heavens, emitting an overwhelming light that burned and distorted the void for thousands of meters in every direction.
