Chapter 9
Throughout the rest of the time spent waiting in line, the silver-haired girl with a low ponytail stood quietly by his side.
Her hands were folded in front of her, her gaze lowered.
She was entirely in a well-behaved and docile mode of "I just made a mistake and am currently reflecting on it."
But Fang Qi knew damn well that behind those seemingly lowered eyelashes, her peripheral vision was still locked onto him like a radar!
If he shifted even half a step to the side, the silver-haired girl's entire center of gravity would shift along with him.
He couldn't help but steal a few more glances at her.
With her silver hair tied in a low ponytail, her side profile was as delicate as a porcelain doll, and the sunlight gilded her long eyelashes with a golden rim.
Her submissive, obedient appearance of "trying hard to correct her mistakes" after obediently taking a scolding... was so pitiful and endearing!
This little appearance... was incredibly cute! If only she could always be this obedient...
