Chapter 251: Tremor-Tremor Fruit VS Phoenix Force?
Under the horrified gazes of countless onlookers, the sky appeared to be cleaved apart.
And Phoenix Jean Grey, who had been floating less than a meter above the ground, was forcibly wrapped by a powerful vibration force, then sent flying into the sky against her will.

Skye did not rush to follow. Instead, she looked at John and spoke in a tone that allowed no doubt.
"Yes."
John no longer had the arrogance and toughness he had shown at first toward Professor X and the X-Men, nor the fear he had shown later toward Magneto. After truly witnessing a disaster and power that far surpassed humanity—
Being obedient, honest, and sensible was the right path.
John truly was not afraid of death, but he was afraid of becoming a sinner. After all, what was happening here was already being watched by the entire world.
"Evacuate the nearby civilians now. Go, go, go!"
John gave the order to the surrounding soldiers, then picked up his communicator and repeated it.
Whether they were National Guard soldiers or FBI agents, none of them wasted a single word. They all moved at once.

"Professor X, I need your ability to calm the residents of this city and control those who try to use the chaos to commit crimes."

Skye's words were orderly and calm. Everyone present listened very seriously. When she spoke the last part, Skye glanced at Nightcrawler, who had been timid and silent the whole time.

Jessica pulled out an energy particle beam pistol and pulled the trigger. The particle energy bullet shot out and struck the crimson energy barrier before being annihilated and disappearing. Jessica then decisively slipped the gun back into the holster at her waist.

"If I didn't have Armament Haki, when I touched that energy just now, she could have erased my entire arm. There's no way to fight her."
Jessica had a fiery temper, but when it came to analysis and judgment in battle, she was quite capable.
In just a few moves, she had already roughly gauged Jean's strength and realized there wasn't a chance.
The other side was merely toying with them, and she wanted to leave.
"Let me try," Skye replied, keeping Jessica's analysis in mind as she tightened her fist.
A pure white ball of light instantly covered her right fist, and vast vibration energy raged inside it.
Jean, who had originally looked relaxed and playful, slightly restrained her expression. She stared fixedly at Skye's fist, and her right hand moved slightly.
Boom!
In the city below, large numbers of buildings were actually pulled from the ground out of control. Magneto, who had been watching the battle from below, had his expression change.
Then large amounts of electromagnetic light exploded around his body, and an invisible, vast magnetic field spread out as he tried to stop the buildings from being uprooted.
Terrified screams rang out one after another, making Skye, who had been about to attack, suddenly stop. She and Jessica lowered their heads to look down.
With her Observation Haki, Skye could clearly sense that there were still many civilians inside those buildings. She immediately looked at Jean, her eyes turning bone-chillingly cold.
Jean remained unmoved, a mocking smile appearing on her face.
"Why aren't you attacking? Tsk, tsk. Is this the so-called morality of humans?"
"For the sake of a group of strangers, you throw away decisiveness and hesitate. Human emotions really are that boring and laughable."
Indeed, Jean was doing this entirely on purpose. She was teasing them, or rather, she was playing a game of humanity.
She had been suppressed for far too long. She had already forgotten how long she had been imprisoned in that dark cage where daylight never reached, tasting loneliness and solitude.
That pain, that torment, had nearly driven her mad.
So now that she had been released, she would also make humans feel her pain.

In an instant, the world erupted in uproar.
"Is that a mutant?"
"What the hell is wrong with this damned world? Is the apocalypse coming?"
"Oh God, please protect your faithful believers."
"Even Raven soldiers can't deal with that damned mutant?"
"Sure enough, mutants are the most dangerous. They should be destroyed."
People did not know the details and hidden truth behind what was happening.
They only saw Jean Grey of the X-Men go mad.
She displayed power that was almost impossible to resist, along with coldness and utter disregard for life.
This threat was too direct.
So direct that it made people feel terror, fear, and hatred.
Terrified screams rang out across Washington. If Professor X had not immediately and decisively used his telepathic power to calm their emotions, who knew how many people would have died from stampedes and other panic-driven accidents in that instant?
"Damn it, Charles. What exactly did you raise?"
On Magneto's side, he was using all his strength to try to resist Jean Grey's power. But the effect was tiny, causing his old face to flush red as he cursed Professor X under his breath.
