Chapter 224: Thousand Rain
Chen Qing no longer hesitated. He found Elder Deng Ziheng and expressed his intention to join the True Martial lineage.
Hearing this, Deng Ziheng clapped his hands and laughed, "The True Martial lineage has deep foundations. Though temporarily in a trough, it precisely needs fresh blood like you! Come, this old one will take you to True Martial Peak right now to pay respects to the Technique Transmission Elder and have your name recorded!"
Immediately, Deng Ziheng led Chen Qing away from Xuwang Mountain, crossing the rainbow bridge toward True Martial Peak.
On the way, Deng Ziheng was in quite good spirits and gave detailed instructions, "Senior Brother Pei Tingchun, the Technique Transmission Elder on True Martial Peak, is upright in character. However, his temper is the best among the four lineages' Technique Transmission Elders, extremely patient."
"When you meet him shortly, you need only truthfully state your intentions. Once you receive the True Martial lineage's identity jade token, from today onward you'll be a core disciple of the True Martial lineage. In the future, if you need to cultivate various martial techniques of the True Martial lineage, just go directly to the Technique Transmission Hall to find him."
Chen Qing nodded earnestly, very clear in his heart.
The Technique Transmission Elder held a revered position, second only to the lineage master, overseeing a lineage's martial technique inheritance and responsible for instructing all disciples. His strength and prestige were necessarily extremely high, and he was thoroughly familiar with the sect's martial techniques.
Soon, the two arrived at the Technique Transmission Hall on True Martial Peak.
The hall was ancient and grand, permeated with an atmosphere of calm solemnity.
