His consciousness flowed once more into the one-millimeter chassis. The return was a shock of profound difference. He was still the Nano Frame, but the environment was no longer a blur of light and shadow. The world, compressed and focused, snapped into absolute clarity within his consciousness.
The on-board URS array... a mere 0.1-millimeter unit... integrated seamlessly with the UMPU X2. The lack of visual perception was replaced by an encompassing, real-time, three-dimensional geometric map.
He ‘saw’ the fabrication desk, the massive, dim Bio Exoshell standing behind him, and the curving walls of the control hub, all within the array’s three-inch (approximately 7.6 cm) radius. He registered the precise dimensions of the 0.3-millimeter Carbon Fusion Core and the 0.2-millimeter GT Field Generator integrated into his new chassis with chilling clarity.
The new mobility was tested instantly. Keon willed the Nano Frame to rise. Without the whirring or extension of legs, the tiny spider lifted silently, hovering half a centimeter above the polished metal surface, perfectly stable and utterly still. The gravitic propulsion was flawless.
A flicker of logical excitement ran through his core. The foundational evolution was complete; the final step was now to optimize his mechanical status for the new paradigm.
He commanded the data flow to coalesce, projecting his internal status panel directly into his consciousness’s visual field.

Keon focused on the new 4.87 milligram force of the Nano Main Frame, which is even higher than the Micro Main frame, ‘For the first time my lower frames exceeded the upper frames in force… probably the free attribute points are more effective for lower size main frames. Anyway, the UACA also has a huge role, this alloy has ultimate potential, even at nanoscale. Its durability isn’t affected because of the size difference.’
Keon registered the change with cold, clinical satisfaction. The optimization was complete. The Nano Main Frame was now ready for its ultimate test: controlled physical aggregation.
He focused his attention on the fabrication desk. The Micro Main Frame sat inert beside him.
‘The Magnetic Aggregation System is the key to my future physical form,’ Keon calculated. ‘I must validate the stability and scale of the structures that can be formed and precisely controlled by a single core.’
His final test was an engineering challenge: using the Nano Frame's gravitic attraction properties, he would attempt to assemble and maintain a large, complex object formed from inanimate metal dust or any other components available in the control room. The goal was to determine the stable size limit before the structure collapsed due to internal field variance or loss of synchronization.
Keon, still anchored within the one-millimeter Nano Main Frame, hovered silently above the fabrication desk. The idea of forming a colossal, complex structure from raw material was straightforward, but an internal optimization pathway immediately presented itself.

The eight metallic legs of each frame acted as micro-scale binding points, locking the equal dual-ring structures together with absolute synchronization.
Within moments, the entire Micro Main Frame had dissolved, replaced by a densely packed, multi-layered mass of one hundred Nano Main Frames. This collective, dual-ring structure immediately began to reform itself, the swarm of nanobots moving with chilling, hyper-precise coordination. The mass slowly coalesced, taking the shape of its previous host.
The final form was a Micro Main Frame once again, a dull-silver, one-centimeter spider resting on the pedestal. But this time, it was not a single unit; it was a perfect, collective replication, a shell built from one hundred individual, fully autonomous Nano Main Frames, all controlled by Keon’s single consciousness.
Keon internally registered the result. The mass and functionality were identical to the original Micro Frame, but the internal structure was now flexible and scalable, a perfect expression of advanced controlled swarm technology. He operated the new form, walking it across the pedestal, testing the fluidity and stability of the collective body.
‘The potential for size and shape is limitless with this control,’ Keon determined. He decided to increase his size further, building upon the established foundation, connecting the current one-centimeter unit to an exponentially larger swarm.

The newly fabricated nanobots moved with the hyper-organized discipline of a single, colossal organism. From the edges of the fabrication desk, a dark, viscous liquid seemed to squirm, flowing and concentrating toward the center where the one-centimeter collective chassis waited. It was not liquid, but a synchronized swarm, each unit propelled by its GT Field Generator.
The central one-centimeter chassis acted as the nexus, and the incoming nanobots began to integrate into its structure, adding layer upon layer to the collective form. The size grew exponentially.
One centimeter became two, then four. Slowly, a perfectly sculpted spider form, defined by its equal dual-ring geometry and shimmering silver surface, rose from the desk. The scale increased: five inches, then six. The core, housed inside the massive structure, felt the strain of controlling the immense, dynamic aggregate, but the UMPU X2 handled the synchronization flawlessly.
The size increase halted abruptly at exactly twelve inches (approximately thirty centimeters), the size of a human foot. The collective form of the spider, massive and intricate, rested on the desk.
Keon, anchored in the Nano Frame that served as the core of this twelve-inch construct, felt the immediate limit. The GT Field Generator, despite being a system of perfect efficiency and non-propulsion mobility, had a finite control radius for maintaining an aggregated structure of this mass.
‘The current size limit for stable, single-core aggregation is twelve inches,’ Keon calculated, the cold fact registering without resentment. ‘The scale of the GT Field Generator, even when multiplied by the Zettaflop processing control, cannot maintain synchronization for a larger mass without external support.’
The experiment was a success. He now had the blueprint for his final, physically customizable form: a twelve-inch, collective, self-repairing core, a mobile and devastating nexus of a hundred thousand nanobots.
