Case 75: Sister’s jealousy and a familiar face.
Magical Daisy, or rather, Haruno Haruko, opened her eyes groggily.
''Ugh...''
Letting out an uncharacteristic groan, Haruko slowly propped herself up. She sat in a daze, blankly staring ahead into the darkness for some minutes. Somehow, her mind was a mess.
Before long, everything gradually seeped in—first, the physical sensations, then the emotions... and some fragments of memories.
''...''
The lounge was as cold and lifeless as Haruko remembered. The curtains were drawn, the TV off; only the air conditioner's whir accompanied her throughout.
Right.
Haruko had crashed into this place, hoping to somehow sleep through the heat that had been tormenting her for weeks. Deep down, she knew suppressing these desires would not help in the slightest, if not making them worse, yet between her intensive schedule and pride, it was unlikely she could find a cure for this. At most, she contemplated requesting to enter an isolation chamber to avoid causing harm to others.
However, as she examined herself, Haruko felt a freshness unlike anything she had ever experienced—a sense of fulfilment gently spreading across her body.
And... Haruko faintly remembered. She had been embracing someone. Right on this sofa, she was entangled with another woman, whose soft, intoxicating scent was still gently enveloping her. Just... she could not recall her face nor her voice. Everything felt like a dream, save for the residual tingles of flesh-to-flesh conversations left on her skin.
''...Hah.'' The blonde snorted.
More than the shock of giving away her first time to some unknown Omega, Haruko was deathly irritated by that same woman who dared to seduce her in that state and then ran away. Even knowing she probably did it to help with Haruko's heat, the bitterness never faded. And more than anything, Haruko was trembling, aggravated at herself—at her heart that quivered at mere thoughts of the woman, and at her body that still yearned to hold that lewd Omega.
''...Just wait, you bitch. If I ever find you...''
It was a promise to herself—she would make the nameless woman pay for her sin.
Meanwhile, the nameless woman was sitting on a train with her two companions, looking somewhat unsettled.
''...''
Despite wanting to enjoy Helios' cityscape initially, Moeka's mind was full of Daisy. Discovering the idolish magical girl's dark side was dangerous enough, but knowing she was Himeko's little sister made it unbearably awkward.
'...No, Ruri mentioned that Daisy and Iris were next to arrive at City O. This was bound to happen anyway.'
Himeko was also present when Ruri noted it, and she did not react too strongly. This meant Miss Gold had at least somewhat accepted that her little sister would sleep with Moeka at some point, which would make it a little less... strange?
Moeka did not know how to feel. Was she the only one awkward in this web of relationships...?
Indeed, to Moeka's side, Himeko did not seem overly bothered by the rendezvous. Yes, she clung to Moeka and nuzzled at her desperately, as if wanting to overwrite Haruko's scent. Yes, she constantly pouted as if jealous. Still, she held no resentment whatsoever toward her sibling.
Was it understanding between Alphas? Or a deep, familial bond—Moeka had no idea.
Eventually, while leaning on the Omega's shoulder, Himeko called, ''...Moeka.''
''...Hm?''
''How was Haruko?'' The blonde perked up, ''Tell me.''
Moeka hesitated. Recalling the earlier session, she gingerly worked out the details and prepared a short evaluation in her head. Haruko was just as dazzling as her older sister, and with her was an unmistakable aura of a top celebrity. Yet, despite looking six parts like her sister, the girl was also utterly adorable with her pooling wavy hair and a somewhat more childish attitude.
As for the intimate parts... Haruko learned exceptionally fast, and her sadistic tendencies when aroused, much to Moeka's own shame, were making the Omega's body tremble with anticipation. Even now, Moeka would unknowingly shudder whenever she remembered that palm tightening around her neck.
It was objectively a pleasant experience.
Moeka did not like how it seemed as though she was awakening to a new fetish, though.
''...She was good.'' Moeka eventually replied, turning away slightly as she blushed.
Seeing this, Himeko became even more persistent. ''Better than me?'' She asked, pressing closer to the Omega.
''I don't know... I've only been with her once.'' Moeka was—unsuccessfully—pushing the Alpha away. ''C-Can we stop talking about this?''
''Tch.''
Himeko blatantly clicked her tongue, which made even Ruri, who sat on Moeka's other side, flinch. It was not every day one got to hear Miss Gold this upset.
Then, leaning further in, the blonde coldly whispered in Moeka's ear, ''I'll punish you later for this, alright?''
''...!''
'How is my sunny junior becoming a yandere...!' Moeka cried inwardly, 'Scary, scary, scary...!'
In an attempt to dispel the tension, Ruri interjected, ''You sisters really like to compete.'' She chuckled somewhat awkwardly, ''I'm not sure whether you two get along or not...''
Himeko snorted, ''Hmph. Of course we get along. But this and that is different. I won't yield to anyone when it comes to Moeka.''
Then, as if receiving a sudden epiphany, the blonde leaned toward Moeka's ear again, ''How about this—you'll sleep with both of us later. We'll even use the potion your girlfriend gave me. Haruko and I will directly contend with one another, and you decide the winner.''
''H-Huh?'' Moeka was dumbfounded.
Himeko, who liked to monopolize Moeka as much as any Alpha out there, was suggesting sharing her with Haruko...?
''...Gulp.''
Yet, the scene Moeka could imagine upon hearing that proposal was rather... tantalizing. Sandwiched by two sisters, two ravenous Alphas who both starved for her affection...
''I-I'll think about it later.''
Moeka hastily ended the topic, but her fidgety demeanor gave Himeko confidence in her offer. Miss Gold was smug; only Ruri, who realized Moeka's fate, patted her back as if consoling her.
Nevertheless, the three soon arrived at their destination—a massively grand institution situated near Helios' headquarters, aptly named [Helios National Research Center]. As they disembarked and headed inside, Ruri began her introduction of the place, ''This is where we do a lot of magic-related research. It's under The Federation's direct protection.''
''So that's why security was so tight...'' Moeka muttered as she looked around. Abundant patrols aside, the institution was so vast it resembled a state-sponsored school.
As if reading her thoughts, Ruri continued, ''This place is actually connected to the national university. Right behind it, even.''
''Oh, is that so?'' The Omega pondered.
Himeko chimed in, ''It's true. I've been there. I was supposed to enroll there but ended up at City O instead.'' She said, ''If Moeka wants to, we can take a look at it later.''
Seeing no reason to decline the adventure, Moeka nodded, ''Alright.''
Before long, the three arrived at Ruri's laboratory—or rather, a collection of laboratories high up in the center building. The scale of them all made Moeka quite intrigued. They might have rivaled even Fumiko's exclusive lab, she thought.
Ruri spoke to the dazed Moeka, ''I'll have an expert with us, and we'll take a look at your crest together, alright?''
''Ah, okay.'' Moeka snapped out of the trance and returned to her original purpose—getting rid of this strange love crest on her stomach.
The more she thought about it, the more bitter her resentment toward Nacht became.
'Damn that pervert...'
Around five minutes later, the door clicked open. It seemed Ruri had returned, and the person behind her...
''...Ophelia Frost?''
It was a rather familiar face.
