With his full dedication, after seven days, Levi finally raised this spell to Level 4—reaching the standard of a First-Ring Spell.

At this stage, however, the improvement speed of this spell clearly slowed down.

Still, for Levi, a Level 4 [Polymorph: Frog] was already sufficient.

With these abilities, Levi finally had the confidence to enter the underground river.

When everything settled, a passage large enough for Levi to pass through appeared before him.

The environment here was completely different from that lifeless ancient well.

Soon, Levi found his target.

Streaks of silver light darted through the water, as if they were about to dye the entire river silver under the dim glow.

They resembled long arrows—silver-scaled, as though clad in silver armor, with astonishing defensive power. Their bodies generally reached one to two meters in length, and their swimming speed was lightning-fast. The teeth in their mouths could easily bite through iron plates.

This was Levi's hunting target—

Silver Arrowfish, the overlord of this underground river.

In an environment with no natural predators, not only were they numerous, but they were also generally large in size and extremely ferocious.

At that moment, about three meters to Levi's front-right, a sudden disturbance in the water current appeared.

The two were on completely different levels of existence.

Facing that gaping maw, Levi did not retreat. Instead, he advanced head-on.

As Levi's Magic Power surged, vine-like structures formed in the water. Like water serpents, they wrapped around the Silver Arrowfish.

No matter how ferocious it was, it could not move. Under Levi's will, the water vines tightened further and further, until the Silver Arrowfish was eventually rendered unconscious.

One Silver Arrowfish was far from enough.

Levi then set his sights on other flashes of silver.

Nothing could stop him.

After more than half an hour, Levi had harvested 22 Silver Arrowfish.
