Forbidden Women Only Empire Where NO Man Could Set Foot. [Eden’s Vault]

Chapter 32: Nut Shot

“Why the hell would I need to come with you?”

Euryale was clearly pissed. They were standing in the same council chamber where Hyun-woo had been thrown into the deadly barrier just days earlier.

He had gotten his revenge by punching Mother in the face, so the memory of this room didn’t made him uneasy.

Hyun-woo stood near the wall, adjusting the strap of a simple travel satchel Ebonara had forced into his hands earlier. He was wearing a clean white linen shirt and comfortable black pants, though faint bloodstains still remained on them.

Beside him, Euryale paced back and forth. Her emerald eyes were full of agitation, and her snake-hair writhed more actively than usual. Several vipers hissed softly while others flicked their tongues, tasting the tension in the air.

She had chosen a practical travel outfit, a sleeveless dark green tunic that hugged her athletic figure and loose flowing pants, but she still looked uncomfortable.

She had firm C-cups—the perfect size for grabbing when fucking from behind. {This sentence is a Meta commentary.}

“Because the others are busy with their guardian duties,” Hyun-woo explained calmly.

“But I’m also a guardian!” Euryale almost yelled. “I could have done this in their place, but they said no!”

“Probably because they want you to have some fun for once,” Hyun-woo said gently.

Medusa had told him earlier that Euryale was a total workaholic. She had spent her entire life inside Eden’s Vault and had never really seen the outside world. This trip was the perfect chance for her to finally experience it.

Medusa and Stheno would never have let her go alone, but because Hyun-woo was going with her, they had reluctantly agreed. They knew he could protect her.

Euryale folded her arms tightly under her chest. “How can they say it so easily?” she muttered. “Mother never makes anything simple.”

“Maybe you guardians never asked her for anything in return before?” Hyun-woo suggested.

“What the hell are you saying? Are you stupid?” Euryale snapped. “Why would we ask Mother for anything? She’s done so much for us already.”

Euryale knew how Mother had taken them in and made them guardians of the outer forest. She had given them power, shelter, and purpose without asking for anything in return. But that didn’t mean Mother was a saint. You really didn’t want to get on her bad side. The previous guardian who did… was dead. And how she died is another matter entirely.

Hyun-woo watched her with a small smile. He could see the reluctance all over her face — the slight furrow between her brows, the way her slit-pupil eyes kept darting nervously toward the table.

“You really don’t have to come if you don’t want to,” Hyun-woo said softly, stepping closer. “I can handle a quick trip home alone. It’s just Pearland, not some monster-infested wasteland.”

Euryale stopped pacing and turned to him sharply. One of her larger snakes reared up, staring at him, before relaxing again. For a brief second, a bright, genuinely excited smile bloomed on her face at the idea of staying home.

“would you really do that?”

Euryale smiled bloomed on her face. she looked excited.

But “But your sisters would even agree to that?”

But then reality hit her.

A tick mark of pure annoyance appeared on her forehead. She remembered exactly why she was here — her sisters had forced her to go. They had always protected and sheltered her, but that same sheltering was now dragging her out of her comfort zone.

She was an introvert at heart. She loved the quiet. Living with her sisters had always felt safe and comfortable, which is why she threw herself into her guardian duties.

But deep down, she still remembered what Poseidon had almost done to them. She wanted revenge… yet she also just wanted a peaceful life.

And right now, that peaceful life was being ruined by the boy standing in front of her.

She looked up at the destroyer of her peace, only to find him staring right back at her with gentle eyes.

Before she could say anything, Hyun-woo reached out and gently placed his hand on her forehead. His fingers brushed against her vipers, and the snakes instinctively leaned into his touch with soft, contented hisses.

“Hey, you okay? Your eyes were getting dark,” he asked gently.

Euryale’s expression twisted with pure annoyance. She grabbed his hand, yanked it up in front of her face, and — before Hyun-woo could even react — bit down hard.

Chomp.

“Ow, ow, ow, ow! What the hell are you doing?!” he cried out, trying to pull back. But her grip was like iron.

His cries fell on deaf ears. Euryale simply narrowed her eyes and bit harder.

After a few moments, when she was finally satisfied, she let go.

“Haah… haah…” Hyun-woo gasped, staring at the two distinct puncture holes on his hand. They stung sharply when he touched them.

“Why would you do that?!” he demanded.

“I don’t need to explain myself to you! Hmph!” she replied childishly, turning her head away with her nose in the air.

So Hyun-woo did the next best thing, he could think off.

He quickly grabbed her hand and bit down on it with all his might.

“Hey, what are you—AGGGH! You bastard!”

Never in her wildest dreams had Euryale imagined someone would actually bite back. He bit hard — so hard it felt like the skin on her hand was about to tear off. Since she was in human form, she had almost no scales to protect her hands.

She raised her free hand, fully intending to slap him across the face.

Pop.

Someone teleported into the room at that exact moment.

It was Mother.

“Did I come at a bad time?” Adrazelle asked, looking utterly bewildered.

What she saw was so absurdly stupid that she felt stupid just watching it.

Hyun-woo quickly let go of Euryale’s hand and raised both of his defensively. “Wait, I can explain—AGGH!”

Before he could finish, Euryale viciously kneed him right in the balls.

“Mother! This bastard just bit me!” Euryale wailed, pointing an accusing finger at him while fake-crying.

Adrazelle simply stared.

Euryale was sobbing. Hyun-woo was on the ground, clutching his balls in agony.

Just what the fuck is going on?

….

………..

……………………

A few minutes later, the chaos had finally paused.

Euryale was dramatically resting her head on Adrazelle’s lap, still sniffling like a wronged child. Hyun-woo sat hunched in a chair across from them, legs pressed tightly together, one hand protectively cupping his bruised balls.

“So you’re telling me,” Adrazelle said slowly, pointing at the still-sniffling Euryale, “that this child bit you first. Then, in retaliation, you bit her back. And right when I arrived, she nut-shotted you.”

“Aaa…” Hyun-woo winced, forcing a strained smile. “Yep. You’re a hundred percent correct.” He gave her a weak thumbs-up.

Adrazelle stared at him like he had grown a second head.

In all her centuries of existence — through wars, godly conflicts, and betrayals — she never imagined she would have to mediate something this pathetic. She didn’t even know where to begin.

So she looked down at Euryale. “Tell me, child. Is this true?”

“Noooo~” Euryale wailed dramatically, even though the bite mark on her hand had already healed. Big, fat crocodile tears rolled down her cheeks.

Adrazelle’s expression went completely blank.

She looked at Hyun-woo. She looked at Euryale. She looked up at the ceiling like she was praying for strength.

“…I need a drink,” Mother muttered.

She stared at the two idiots in front of her for a long moment.

Euryale was still fake-crying into her lap, soaking her regal dress with tears. Hyun-woo sat hunched over, clutching his balls while giving Mother a sheepish smile.

Finally, Adrazelle let out a long, exhausted sigh that carried the weight of centuries.

“Euryale,” she said calmly, gently stroking the youngest Gorgon’s emerald snake-hair. “You bit him first.”

Euryale’s crying stopped instantly. “…No I didn’t.”

“Yes, you did,” Adrazelle replied flatly. “I saw the bite mark on his hand the moment I arrived. It was still bleeding.”

One of Euryale’s larger snakes actually turned its head away guiltily.

Hyun-woo wisely stayed silent, though the corner of his mouth twitched like he was fighting a laugh.

Euryale sat up slowly, cheeks flushed with embarrassment. She wiped her mostly-fake tears and muttered, “He bit me harder…”

“Because you bit him first,” Mother repeated patiently, like she was talking to a stubborn toddler. “And then you nut-shotted him. In my council chamber.”

“Hey, can you not word it like that…” Hyun-woo groaned, but one sharp look from Mother made him shut up immediately.

Euryale opened her mouth to protest, then closed it again. Her snake-hair wilted in defeat.

Adrazelle turned her sharp gaze to Hyun-woo. “And you. A grown man with infinite strength retaliating by biting a girl’s hand like a playground bully?”

Hyun-woo scratched his cheek, looking properly chastised. “In my defense… it really hurt.”

Mother pinched the bridge of her nose again. “I have literally seen ancient gods cry less pathetically than you two.”

Silence filled the chamber.

Then, unexpectedly, the corners of Adrazelle’s lips curved upward into a small, genuinely amused smile.

“You two are ridiculous,” she said, shaking her head. “But… it’s almost refreshing. In all the centuries I’ve watched over this Vault, I don’t think I’ve ever seen Euryale act this… childish.”

Euryale’s face turned bright red. “Mother—!”

“Quiet, child.” Adrazelle gently flicked one of her snakes, which immediately calmed down. “You’ve been cooped up in that tree for far too long. Your sisters were right to push you out. And Hyun-woo…”

She looked at him with those ancient, piercing eyes.

“You’re taking her with you to the outside world. Consider this an official order. Show her something beyond these walls. And try not to bite each other again,” she said, almost smiling. “At least not where I can see it.”

Hyun-woo blinked. “Wait… you’re not mad?”

“Oh, I’m mad,” Adrazelle said sweetly, though her eyes sparkled with mischief. “But I also know sexual tension when I see it. Just don’t break my youngest guardian completely on the first trip, Sex Beast.”

Both Hyun-woo and Euryale froze.

Euryale’s face went from red to nuclear. “M-Mother! It’s not like that!”

Adrazelle raised an elegant eyebrow. “You were literally crying on my lap because he bit your hand. And you kneed him in the balls for revenge. If that’s not foreplay for your kind, I don’t know what is.”

Hyun-woo coughed violently.

Mother stood up gracefully, gently pushing Euryale off her lap. “Enough. Go. Both of you. Get the boy some proper clothes that don’t smell like scorpion and snake. And Euryale…”

She placed a hand on the younger Gorgon’s shoulder, her expression softening just a fraction.

“Try to enjoy yourself. The world isn’t only pain and duty. Sometimes… it can be surprisingly fun.”

Euryale looked like she wanted to argue, but eventually just nodded, her cheeks still burning.

As Mother vanished, her voice echoed one last time through the chamber:

“And no more biting. Unless you both consent. I have enough headaches already.”

Euryale slowly turned to glare at Hyun-woo, arms crossed tightly again.

“…This is all your fault.”

Hyun-woo grinned despite the lingering ache between his legs. He stood up and offered her his non-bitten hand.

“Truce? I’ll buy you something sweet in Pearland if you stop trying to castrate me.”

Euryale stared at his hand for a long moment. One of her snakes curiously flicked its tongue against his fingers.

Finally, she huffed and grabbed his hand roughly.

“…Fine. But if you bite me again, I’m aiming higher next time.”

Hyun-woo laughed. “Noted.”

Together, they walked toward the teleportation circle, bickering quietly the entire way.

Then, with a gentle pop of displaced air, they were gone.
