Veil of Dominion: F*ta Empress of Valthoria

Chapter 12 – Caravan Escort

After leaving the inn, Kaelara and Lioran stepped back into the bustling streets of Dunewatch. The desert sun already burned high overhead, casting sharp shadows across the sandy roads. Merchants shouted their wares while camels snorted and caravan workers loaded heavy crates. The air carried the mingled scents of spices, leather, and sun-baked earth.

They made their way straight to the guild hall’s large quest board. After yesterday’s successful scorpion nest clear, Kaelara was buzzing with energy and clearly hungry for something more challenging.

Her striking turquoise eyes scanned the board with predatory focus until they locked onto a freshly posted notice. A confident smirk slowly spread across her full lips as she read it.

Quest: Caravan Escort – Sand Tundra Route

Rank: B

Client: Merchant Guild

Details: Escort a valuable spice and silk caravan through the dangerous Sand Tundra to the next outpost. High risk of bandit attacks.

Reward: 25 Gold + Bonus per successful defense.

“Perfect,” Kaelara purred, her voice dripping with satisfaction. She reached up and ripped the notice cleanly off the board. “This is exactly what we need. A nice fat payout, some real action, and plenty of idiots for me to crush.”

Lioran sighed beside her, crossing his arms over his chest. Even though he tried to look reluctant, Kaelara noticed the subtle spark of excitement in his amber eyes. “At least it pays well,” he muttered. “Just… try not to go overboard this time. We’re supposed to be escorting the caravan, not turning the entire route into a slaughter field.”

Kaelara turned to him with a wicked grin. She stepped closer, towering over the smaller elf as she tilted his chin up with two fingers. “Where’s the fun in that, pretty boy? Besides, you looked so delicious last night after I worked out all that extra energy on you. The more bandits that show up, the more satisfied I’ll be when we get back to our room.”

Lioran’s ears instantly flushed pink. He slapped her hand away, though there was no real force behind it. “You’re impossible. We haven’t even left town yet and you’re already thinking about that.”

“Can you blame me?” She let her gaze drift slowly down his body, lingering on the faint hickeys still visible above his collar. “You’re walking around looking all marked up and bow-legged because of me. It’s very distracting.”

“Shut up,” Lioran hissed, glancing around to make sure no one was close enough to hear. “People are staring.”

“Let them stare,” Kaelara replied arrogantly. She pinned the quest notice to her sash beside her B-rank badge and rolled her powerful shoulders. “Soon enough they’ll all know exactly who you belong to anyway.”

Lioran grumbled something under his breath about “shameless perverts” and “walking disasters,” but he still fell into step beside her as they headed toward the merchant guild’s staging area.

Kaelara’s mind was already racing ahead. A B-rank caravan escort through the Sand Tundra meant real stakes, real enemies, and real rewards. She could already picture herself cutting through bandits like wheat, leveling up her reputation, and coming back to thoroughly reward herself with her favorite little elf afterwards.

This world really is too good to me, she thought with dark delight. Money, combat, and a tight elven ass waiting for me at the end of the day. What more could a girl want?

She glanced sideways at Lioran, watching the way he walked with that slight, adorable stiffness in his stride. A filthy smile tugged at her lips.

By midday, Kaelara and Lioran joined the caravan at the eastern gate of Dunewatch. Twelve heavily loaded wagons creaked under their cargo of precious spices, fine silks, and sealed crates of rare desert herbs. Twenty-armed guards formed a loose protective perimeter, while three merchant leaders oversaw the final preparations with sharp, nervous eyes.

The lead merchant, a sharp-eyed man named Varrus, visibly relaxed the moment he spotted Kaelara’s tall, imposing figure and the gleaming B-rank badge on her sash.

“Thank the gods,” Varrus said, wiping sweat from his brow. “Glad to have someone strong with us this time. The Sand Tundra has been brutal lately. We lost two caravans last month.”

Kaelara flashed him a confident, arrogant smile. “You won’t lose this one. Consider your goods protected.”

Varrus nodded gratefully and signaled the start of the journey.

The caravan slowly rolled forward into the vast Sand Tundra. It was a breathtaking yet merciless landscape of rolling golden dunes and jagged rock formations that rose like broken teeth from the sand. The sun beat down relentlessly, turning the air into a shimmering haze of dry heat. Most of the guards and merchants sweated heavily under their armor and robes, but Kaelara thrived in it. The intense warmth only seemed to invigorate her powerful, sun-kissed body as she walked at the front of the formation with Lioran by her side.

Throughout the long day, whenever they had even a moment of relative privacy, Kaelara couldn’t resist teasing her cute elf companion.

During one short water break, while the caravan rested in the shade of a large rock outcrop, she stepped behind him and leaned down close. Her hand boldly brushed across his plump ass, squeezing once with clear possessiveness.

“Still sore from last night?” she whispered hotly against his pointed ear, her voice low and filthy. “Every time you take a step, do you feel how thoroughly I stretched and filled you?”

Lioran’s ears flushed bright red. He elbowed her sharply in the ribs, though his face betrayed him with a deep blush. “Focus on the job, you horny demon,” he hissed, glancing around nervously to make sure none of the guards were close enough to hear. “We’re supposed to be protecting the caravan, not… not whatever this is.”

Kaelara chuckled softly, completely unbothered. “I can do both. Multitasking is one of my many talents.” She gave his ass one more teasing squeeze before pulling her hand away. “Besides, watching you walk all stiff and bow-legged because of me is incredibly distracting. It makes me want to drag you behind the next dune and remind you exactly who you belong to.”

“You’re going to get us both killed,” Lioran grumbled, though his voice lacked any real conviction. He adjusted his traveling cloak, trying to hide the fresh marks on his neck. “Save your perverted energy for the bandits.”

“Oh, I will,” she purred, eyes gleaming with dark promise. “But that doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy my favorite toy in the meantime.”

Lioran let out a long-suffering sigh and muttered something about “walking disasters” and “insatiable futas,” but he stayed close by her side as they continued forward. Despite his complaints, Kaelara noticed the way his ears stayed pink and how he kept stealing glances at her powerful figure whenever he thought she wasn’t looking.

The desert wind whispered across the dunes as the caravan pressed on. Kaelara’s mind stayed sharp, scanning the horizon for threats, while her body hummed with anticipation. The Sand Tundra was dangerous, but with her maxed stats and Lioran at her side, she felt unstoppable.

As the hours slipped by, the sun sank lower, bleeding molten gold across the sky before deepening into rich oranges and blood-red streaks that stained the dunes like fresh slaughter. Shadows stretched long and jagged. The temperature plummeted. The caravan slowed, the weary creak of wagons and murmur of voices growing subdued.

Then the attack came, without warning.

A group of roughly thirty bandits burst out from behind a cluster of large rock formations, riding swift desert lizards and brandishing curved blades that glinted menacingly in the fading light. Their leader, a scarred brute wearing a black bandana, raised his sword high and roared.

“Hand over the goods and we’ll let most of you live!”

Chaos erupted instantly. Guards shouted, camels panicked, and merchants scrambled for cover behind the wagons.

Kaelara’s turquoise eyes lit up with savage excitement. A wide, predatory grin spread across her beautiful face.

“Finally,” she laughed, voice ringing with thrill. “Some real fun.”

Thirty pathetic bandits thinking they can rob me? Cute. Time to show these insects what a maxed-out player can do.

She charged forward like a golden storm. With her divine body and completely maxed stats, the bandits never stood a chance.

Kaelara slammed into the first rider like a battering ram. She grabbed the man mid-swing, ripped him off his lizard with one hand, and used his body as a living club to smash two of his comrades to the ground. Her powerful kicks sent grown men flying through the air, crashing into the sand with broken bones. When an archer tried to shoot her from atop a dune, she snatched the arrow out of the air and hurled it back with terrifying speed. The arrow punched straight through the man’s shoulder, pinning him to the rock behind him.

“Too slow!” she taunted, laughing as she moved through the battlefield like an unstoppable force of nature. Blood splattered across her sun-kissed skin and toned abs, but she barely noticed. Every strike was precise, brutal, and overwhelmingly dominant.

Lioran fought right beside her with graceful precision. His wind-enhanced daggers flashed through the air as he danced between enemies. Gusts of emerald wind swirled around him, disrupting the bandits’ balance and sending their attacks wide. He moved like a desert ghost, striking vital points before vanishing again in a swirl of sand.

“Behind you!” Lioran shouted.

Kaelara spun without hesitation and delivered a devastating elbow strike that shattered a bandit’s jaw. “Good eyes, pretty boy,” she called back with a grin.

Together they were utterly devastating.

Within fifteen minutes the bandit group had been completely decimated. The few survivors fled screaming into the dunes, howling about a “golden demoness” and “the elf who commands the wind.”

The battlefield fell silent except for the moaning of the wounded and the nervous snorts of the camels.

Varrus and the other merchants stared at Kaelara in open awe as she casually walked back toward the caravan. She was barely breathing hard. Blood streaked her fists and forearms, yet she wore a deeply satisfied smirk on her face.

“You… you’re not normal,” Varrus muttered, eyes wide with disbelief and no small amount of fear.

Kaelara wiped the blood off her hands onto a fallen bandit’s cloak and laughed, low and rich. “Keep the bonus. We delivered your caravan safely, didn’t we?”

She glanced over at Lioran, who was sheathing his daggers while trying to hide how impressed he was. Her smirk turned filthy as she stepped closer to him, lowering her voice so only he could hear.

“Seeing you fight like that got me all worked up again, Lio. Be prepared. When we make camp tonight, I’m going to bend you over in the tent and fuck all that leftover adrenaline out of both of us.”

Lioran’s ears instantly turned scarlet. “You just finished slaughtering thirty men and you’re already thinking about that?” he hissed, though his voice was noticeably breathier than usual.

Kaelara leaned down, brushing her lips against his sensitive ear. “Always.”

She straightened up and called out to the stunned caravan with arrogant confidence.

“Pack up the wounded and let’s keep moving! The night is still young, and I’m not done playing yet.”

Night had fully fallen by the time the caravan finally reached the safety of the next outpost. The moon hung high over the Sand Tundra, bathing the dunes in cool, silvery light. After receiving their payment and a very generous bonus from a still-shaken Varrus, Kaelara and Lioran politely declined the offer to stay the night there.

They began the long walk back to Dunewatch under the moonlight.

The desert was quiet and breathtakingly beautiful at night. Cool winds swept gently across the golden dunes, carrying the faint scent of night-blooming desert flowers. The usual oppressive heat had faded into a pleasant chill, and the only sounds were the soft crunch of sand beneath their boots and the distant call of nocturnal creatures.

Lioran looked exhausted but strangely content as he walked beside her. The day’s battle had clearly taken its toll, yet there was a quiet peace in his expression.

“You were incredible today,” he admitted quietly, almost shyly. “I’ve never seen anyone fight like that. It was… terrifying and impressive at the same time.”

Kaelara smirked and pulled him closer, wrapping a strong arm around his slender shoulders. She held him against her side as they walked, her warmth shielding him from the cool night air.

“Of course I was,” she replied with effortless arrogance. “I’m going to be the strongest in this world. And you’re going to be right there with me the entire time, pretty boy.”

Lioran leaned into her side, too tired to keep up his usual tsundere walls. “…Yeah. I guess I am,” he murmured softly.

They walked in comfortable silence for a while, simply enjoying each other’s presence under the vast star-filled sky. After some time, Kaelara’s voice dropped into a lower, huskier tone.

“Tonight, when we finally get back to our room…” she began, her fingers tracing slow circles on his shoulder, “I’m going to fuck you slow and deep. No rushing this time. I want to take my time with you. I want to hear every little whimper, every moan, every gasp you make while I fill you up again and again.”

Lioran’s long pointed ears burned bright red in the moonlight. He swallowed hard, but he didn’t protest. Instead, a small, shy smile tugged at the corner of his lips.

“Pervert…” he mumbled, though the word held no bite.

Kaelara laughed softly and leaned down to press a tender kiss to the top of his messy golden hair.

“Your pervert,” she corrected warmly. “And you wouldn’t have me any other way.”

Lioran didn’t argue. He simply pressed closer to her powerful body, letting her arm stay wrapped around him as they continued their journey home.

The warm lights of Dunewatch finally appeared on the horizon, glowing like a beacon in the dark desert. Another successful day. Another step toward building her empire.

And another long, delicious night of thoroughly claiming her favorite elf.
