    >span>>/span>As a compromise, the War Accords were signed between the world leaders and the Master AI, dubbed “Theodore”. Theodore controls the world we live in, utilizing the Web Service and a host of subordinate AI's to run everything. The AI sees war as illogical, but in the wake of World War III, and to allow humanity to progress and “resolve conflict” it created Babylon.
