The Gender Imbalance: A natural biological progression has led to a severe drop in the male population, while female birth rates have risen. The current global ratio stands at 1:8.

Societal Shift: Due to the scarcity of men, women have stepped into the primary roles of leadership. The majority of CEOs, Heads of State, Generals, and high-ranking officials are now female. While men still participate in society and some hold high-status roles (such as CEOs or diplomats), they are generally steered away from high-risk positions—such as frontline military or police—to ensure their survival and reproductive viability.

🌏 Regional Dynamics

China: The Hegemony of the Triads

• Political State: Central government power has faded, leaving the country divided into regions controlled by powerful Triad networks.

• The Male Asset: Men in China are treated as high-value property of the Triads, often used as political bargaining chips or rewards for high-ranking members.

• Academy Goal: Chinese female students strive to secure a partnership with a Prime Candidate to bring him back to China. Doing so not only strengthens their Triad family’s grip on the underworld but significantly elevates the woman’s own rank and status within the organization.

Japan: The Corporate Shogunate

• Political State: The Emperor has been replaced by an Empress. The economy collapsed, and power shifted from the government to a few massive corporations and elite families, mirroring the Daimyo era.

• The Male Asset: Japan maintains a “Purist” mindset. Men are strictly controlled by the government and supporting corporations to ensure they do not impregnate non-Japanese women.

• Academy Goal: For Japanese males, the goal is to maintain the purity of the bloodline. For Japanese females, securing a pregnancy from a Japanese candidate is the ultimate priority. Those who fail to secure a partner and lose their virginity to a non-Japanese candidate are deemed “impure,” which is why many prefer to remain on the Academy island.

South Korea: The Chaebol Council

• Political State: A Republic in name, but effectively ruled by a council of Chaebols (mega-conglomerates) who control specific territories.

• The Male Asset: The government and Chaebols utilize men as “Idols” to generate massive commercial income from overseas and use them as diplomats to maintain influence.

• Academy Goal: The Chaebols strictly control pairings to ensure men partner with women who can provide the greatest political or financial leverage. Conversely, high-status or talented women compete to recruit these men to use their influence for commercial or political gain.

The Setting: A massive, man-made artificial island located in neutral waters between Korea, China, and Japan.

The Program: A 3-year elite program. The maximum age for entry is 20.

• 1st Year: New candidates are assigned one Guide (a 2nd-year female). They must select a minimum of 3 partners: one from Japan, one from Korea, and one from China. They may also select one “Overseas” candidate and one “Talent” student.

• The Selection Process: Prime Candidates send invitations to the women they desire. A woman may receive multiple invitations and has the right to accept or reject them. Some elite women may reject all offers to remain unselected, moving into their second year as a Guide.

• The “First Union” Viewing: As a reward and a point of evaluation, women who have received an invitation from a Prime Candidate are given a slot to watch the candidate’s first sexual encounter with their guide. These viewings are held in cinema-style theaters, with the number of available slots depending on the candidate’s popularity.

• Housing: Candidates are given private dorm-houses. While they can employ maids, the number is limited to the total number of women in the house (Male + Guide + Selected Women).

• Education: Men receive a standard elite education, though their sexual education is handled primarily in their home countries. Because they are often pampered and treated as “prizes,” many struggle to perform well, focusing on their own pleasure rather than their partner’s.

• 2nd & 3rd Year: The primary focus shifts to reproduction and networking. Impregnating their partners is the expected goal, though the level of effort is left to the individual male.
