He wasn’t sure that Sanji was in the right mind because there was just no way the man had looked around and figured that this bit of madness was what he wanted to engage in.
It didn’t make any sense for anyone to think like that in a place that was easily the most dangerous of them all. Then again, the way that Sanji had effortlessly roped his father into the mess left a lot to be desired and questioned.
This was insanity at best, but then was it even supposed to be surprising for Akila when he could see that the man before then didn’t even have so much as a game plan right now?
"One day you will understand," Sanji said as he grabbed one of the blades and stabbed himself twice in the neck and throat with a smirk on his face like this wasn’t his shit anymore.
Or perhaps it was because he was confident that Zula and the other Furfantes would step up and continue their mission.
Perhaps this right here was supposed to be the trigger for the Lycans to start a revolution against the king and for the Furfantes to rally the Kawai enemies and bring them to the doorstep of the royals, so that they wouldn’t ever have a choice but to let the king go.
It was honestly a beautiful plan, save for the part where it was insane and that no one in their right mind would join in. But perhaps all they needed was such salvation, even as Sanji fell to the ground, his blood sputtering on the barbarians who had surrounded him.
The other Lycans warriors watched in pure and utter disgust as Sanji’s eyes closed because of the stupid shit he had just done.
The man had the chance to make things right for himself, and yet he chose the one way out that would create even more chaos. But would it really be so, when the prince was smirking at the dead body before him?
