So, when he watched what the Hanzos had dared to do to his son and his guest, the king was certain he wouldn’t forgive.
Perhaps that was why Hanzo senior was right in front of him, chained up in silver laced thorn chains and beaten to a couple his organs had started to fail.
"The boy... Why?" The king asked as he looked at Hanzo senior. Those three words were said with so much cold that Hanzo himself could feel the way that the room went colder than before.
He knew down there was no escaping this, because the last time anyone had seen the king like this, was when he did that to the wine in his life.
