Treyton had ordered Jacob to call the people they had left in the building, so when they arrived, Treyton immediately arranged for them to do something.
Treyton asked Wes and the others to guide Theo to get all the equipment that they could get.
But of course, Treyton arranged for them to go to the empty rooms first to get the equipment in those rooms.
