Chapter 209 - 208: Victims in the third research room
The woman in the first wall compartment had the hands and feet of a dog, so she was writing and screaming in pain in her bed and wasn’t even able to stand up because of her disproportionate body.
Most of the people in the third room have a similar state to the woman in the first compartment.
Luciel doesn’t know how they were still alive even though they were attached to something that shouldn’t have been parts of their bodies at all.
But even though they were still alive, it was obvious that they were just living in pain.
It was already nighttime, but they were still awake and were all crying and screaming out in pain.
The researchers in charge also seemed to have a really bad taste and wanted to torture them because instead of knocking them out for them to quiet down, they were still awake.
If they were injected with sedatives, then at least they would just be unconscious and wouldn’t feel any pain at all.
Luciel looked at them and knew that even if they were rescued, they couldn’t live like others, and they wouldn’t even live for a long time.
If they were rescued, they would just continue living painfully as they are now, so Luciel offered to kill them if they wanted to.
Of course, if they wanted to live, then Luciel would just leave them alone; it’s their own life anyway.
Luciel was just reminded of all the people he saw who pleaded to let him kill them because they didn’t want to live and experience any more pain as their bodies were torn apart by the monsters.
