He plucked some of them and put them in their underground space so that the plants would maintain their state and won’t be damaged.
He would just use his ability to help them grow a bit later and plant them in their space properly.
After Theo put all the flowerpots from the yards of the few buildings around, they sat down on the bench that was in the yard in front of one of the buildings.
"What is it?" Luciel asked Theo, who kept looking at him while they were sitting.
Theo really isn’t a talkative kid.
If Luciel was with Sophie, he was sure that Sophie would have been chattering about different things while they were having a walk.
If he was with Ashlee, even though it wouldn’t be noisy, at least Ashlee would still talk about some things, unlike when he was with Theo, where they really just walked and worked silently.
But now that they were sitting on the bench, it was obvious that Theo wanted to ask something because he was staring at him for a long time, so Luciel had to ask because it seemed that Theo wouldn’t speak first if he didn’t ask anything.
"Why are they all in a bad mood and sad?" Theo asked.
It seemed that Theo still couldn’t fully grasp what frustration and depression or feeling down were, or perhaps those terms weren’t yet in his vocabulary, so he used phrases like ’being in a bad mood’ and ’being sad’.
Well, the context of his question was already understandable, so there’s no problem at all.
