Chapter 45 - 44: In the food hall
They started cleaning up the first floor to see the reservation lists.
Unfortunately, the computer was already destroyed and couldn’t be saved anymore.
So, they had to start moving up from one floor to another while trying to check all the rooms in it.
According to what he heard, the hotel had eight floors in total with at least 20 rooms on each floor.
So, they didn’t really clean it all up but rushed to knock on each door to see if someone would respond while cleaning only the zombies that were in the hallway.
They knocked on all the rooms that they passed by, but they hadn’t heard any reply.
They would just hear growling and slamming on the door when they knock on them.
As soon as they heard growling or slamming sounds, they didn’t bother opening them and just continued going upwards.
Even though they didn’t clean up all the zombies, it still took a lot of time for them to move up from one floor to another.
Fortunately, when they arrived at the fourth floor, where there was another food hall in it, they finally found people in it.
As soon as they entered the fourth floor, they saw a lot of zombies gathering around it as if waiting for the people inside to come out.
