"Come in and don't be too loud; he is still sleeping."
"Is that your new lover?"
"Yes, it's him. So, be quiet and just check my wounds. I still want to go back to sleep."
"How can you say that? You won't even invite me for breakfast. If you aren't my friend, I won't even be coming to treat you."
"We are indeed friends, but both of us know that you came here because I paid you generously. You won't even move out of your clinic if I don't offer something good. Just check my injury first."
"Ok, let me see. You're certainly not the one who treated your injury this time. Unlike your crude way of treatment, this seemed like it'd been done by someone professional. If you already had others treat it, why did you still call me?"
"It is treated by him."
"Oh, this time your lover is a doctor; that's new."
"No, he isn't. That's why I still called you."
"He would surely be a good doctor."
"Don't get any ideas; he is earning a lot of money as a model compared to what he could earn as a doctor. Besides, he is with me, so he doesn't lack anything."
