Ye Yan finally compromised.
She sat next to Fu Xingzhou, but with a considerable distance between them.
Compared to the two teenagers sitting almost on top of each other across from them, the sense of boundary between her and Fu Xingzhou was overly apparent.
Ye Zhun and Fu Xingrui were whispering to each other, trying hard to suppress their laughter—I couldn’t tell what they were talking about, but it was obvious that it had nothing to do with studying.

"Which hospital do you work at, Dr. Ye?"
Knowing it was a pretext for conversation, Ye Yan, not wanting to reveal anything, softly answered, "Holy Land Hospital."
Fu Xingzhou smiled, "Can I add you as a contact? I heard from Ah Rui that Ye Zhun has been a huge help to him in school. He even ranked top fifteen in the recent monthly exam."
He was always a bright child, just previously disinterested in studying.
