It came several days later than she had expected.

The person behind her shouted again, hurriedly quickening her pace to stand in front of Chloe and forcefully pushed her shoulder, "You’re really something, huh!"
"Aren’t you supposed to be all righteous? Aren’t you proud, disdainful of any scheming betrayal of friends? So, what now, you’re getting more and more vicious, capable of doing anything, right? You’re simply a beast! Even if we’re on the outs now, we grew up together, and yet you did such a thing to me.
You like him so much that you can’t stand me being with him, is that it?"
