Chapter 10 We Can’t
The next morning, after freshening up, Chen Bin came to the dining room.
He saw Zhao Xinmei sitting silently at the dining table.
Her brows were furrowed, and her eyes looked dull as if she was troubled by something.
Chen Bin didn't know if her expression had anything to do with the stocking incident.
So to cover his embarrassment, he quickly sat down at the table, tiptoeing around as if nothing had happened.
However, Zhao Xinmei still spoke up.
"Xiao Bin, did you see the stockings I left in the bathroom last night?"
Just as he feared the most!
Chen Bin felt a sudden "thump" in his heart and quickly shook his head.
"No! I went straight to sleep after washing up last night, I didn't see anything."
Gazing intensely at Chen Bin, suspicion filled Zhao Xinmei's phoenix eyes.
