Wandering Meteor

Chapter 409 - 408: The Truth?

When the Metal Civilization reached a consensus, a plethora of Metallic Battle Stars surged forth like a tide, supporting the various collapsing battlefields.

As massive Battle Stars arrived at the battlefield, the originally collapsing battlefronts stabilized instantly, the reinforcements resembling flood-stopping dikes, intercepting the onslaught of the Titan Civilization, transforming what was once a one-sided conflict into chaotic warfare.

Among the Metal Civilization’s support forces, there was one particularly unique close-combat unit.

This close-combat unit transformed entirely into planet-sized drills, launching a vicious assault on the nearby enemy stars.

This close-combat unit was the Titanium Pole Star Team of the Metal Civilization, close-combat Battle Stars capable of transforming to coordinate with the long-range Battle Stars from the Metal Civilization in a mixed offensive.

However, despite their ability to transform, the Titanium Pole Battle Star and the Wandering were not quite the same.

Because the Metal Civilization had yet to master Life Conversion Technology, their Titanium Pole Battle Star used an outdated system design, akin to mechanical systems like robots. While the Metal Civilization initially seemed technologically superior to the Wandering Alliance, as time progressed, the vast scientific foundation of the Wandering Alliance became increasingly apparent, letting it naturally surpass the Metal Civilization.

As for the Wandering, it was a pure example of Celestial Civilization, capable not only of transforming but also of splitting.

Moreover, the Wandering now preferred to transform into the Planet Giant Sword, rather than a drill. While it had previously used the drill form, it later found the sword form to be more effective, especially advantageous in directional attacks, leading to the Wandering continually utilizing the giant sword form since then.

In addition to these three aspects, the Wandering’s mass was also much greater than that of the Titanium Pole Battle Star, with the latter only having more than three thousand Planet Masses, but the Wandering, after growing over the period, had reached two Constant Star Masses, making for a size difference of at least a hundredfold, and naturally, the difference in the drills and giant swords formed was enormous, clearly discernible.
