Chapter 370 - 369 Four New Conference

A giant star system approximately seven light-years in diameter is speeding through the Universe.

However, besides being larger, there’s no significant difference between the new star system and the old one. Its structure consists of a Core Area, an Orbit Zone, and a Heliosphere Zone.
The Core Area is the region where Lu Chen resides. Today, Lu Chen has a diameter of seventy million kilometers, taking up a vast expanse of space. To put it into perspective, one astronomical unit is 150 million kilometers, and Lu Chen’s diameter is nearly half an astronomical unit. Additionally, due to the dramatic increase in mass and size, the 3,000 Dark Gold Satellites orbiting around Lu Chen began to operate beyond their capacity. Consequently, scientists launched another 2,000 Dark Gold Satellites, totaling 5,000 to ensure the normal functioning of various features.
The Orbit Zone is where all the Planet Battle Stars of the Wandering Alliance orbit and encompasses the space needed for regular space activities and drills. The Wandering Alliance now has 153 Planet Battle Stars, meaning there are 153 orbital tracks. Due to the increasing heat emitted by Lu Chen, the innermost orbital track for Earth has been forced to move beyond ten astronomical units, but the spacing after that remains unchanged. There is a planetary orbit every 0.5 astronomical units, requiring a total space of 76.5 astronomical units. However, that is not the full extent of the Orbit Zone. Considering space factory operations and military exercises, Lu Chen extended the Orbit Zone to a radius of half a light-year, approximately 30,000 astronomical units, using the Constant Star Wind.
The extensive material zone beyond that is the Heliosphere Zone, with a radius of three light-years, and a diameter of six light-years. According to scientists’ latest post-war assessment, the total mass of Solar Sphere Material has increased nearly threefold from the last check, reaching around 700,000 Constant Star Masses. These resources will become the capital for the Wandering Alliance to survive the looming Cosmic Crisis.

On the micro-level, biological civilizations decided to further enhance the Wandering Alliance’s combat power by initiating the Fourth Phase Nova Plan. The Third Phase Nova Plan, codenamed Dark Gold, was completed sixty years ago. It was now time to launch projects related to the Fourth Phase.
As a result, the scientific team responsible for this project organized a discussion called the Four New Conference at the Wandering Base and invited both celestial civilizations, Lu Chen and Green Star, to participate.
At the Four New Conference, the scientific team got straight to the point and unfolded the discussion for the Fourth Phase Nova Plan. Many scientists took turns presenting their opinions, and some even shared the designs they had crafted for the Fourth Phase Nova Plan.
This plan was named the Neutron Battle Star Project, inspired by the pulsar supermagnet from the Electromagnetic Civilization. In essence, the scientists planned to create a group of Neutron Battle Stars, harnessing the high density and destructive power of neutron stars to attack. Due to the intense pressure on neutron stars, conditions for biological life are unsuitable. Therefore, Neutron Battle Stars are designed for close combat.
