Wandering Meteor

After the Cosmic Battleship fleet was annihilated, Diamond Planet became unclaimed, occupied only by some mining robots still operational.

Lu Chen did not rush to scavenge the materials of Diamond Planet but first asked about the status of Wandering, "Wandering, how are you doing?"

"I've tried many times, some of the metal elements still can't fuse."

Wandering miserably reported to Lu Chen while floating next to a huge metal ball, with a few hundred-meter-long metal chunk floating beside it. The surface color of the metal chunk was different, clearly oxidized!

Lu Chen said impatiently, "Why are you so foolish?"

"Big Brother, I'm already wounded, why are you still scolding me?" Wandering replied with a grievance.

"Because you really are foolish!" Lu Chen said with a tough-love tone, "Have you forgotten how you initially transformed? By using the flow of energy!"

Lu Chen continued, "Oxidized metal is merely molecules formed through the covalent bonds between metal atoms and oxygen atoms. If you use the flow to destroy the covalent bonds in between, wouldn't that separate the oxygen and metal elements? Then you can use magnetic force to absorb them back into your body, right?"

Wandering, as if awoken from a dream, awkwardly laughed, "I panicked too much and forgot about that!"

While talking, Wandering immediately attempted it. He enveloped the oxidized metal, destroyed the covalent bonds using the flow, absorbed the metal atoms, and finally expelled a ball of oxygen out of his body.

"Big Brother, here, to thank you, I'll give you this ball of oxygen!"
