Chapter 73 - 65: 9 Times Gravity
The Gravity Tower is divided into nine levels, with the gravitational force of each level differing from the others.
The first level has a gravity multiple of one, the second has two, and the third has three, continuing in this fashion until the ninth level has a staggering nine times the normal gravity.
However, there are access restrictions to the Gravity Tower, and the Four Great Colleges of Heavenly Earth Xuanhuang have different access limitations. Students from the Yellow-level Academy are only eligible to enter the gravity rooms of the first three levels, at most being able to cultivate under three times the gravity.
The Mystic Level Academy is allowed up to the fifth level, while the Earth Level Academy up to the seventh level.
Students of the Heavenly Level Academy have the highest privileges, eligible to freely cultivate in any of the rooms from the first to the ninth levels.
As Ye Chen was only a student of the Yellow-level Academy, he was only eligible to enter the gravity rooms of the first, second, and third levels for cultivation.

Each level of the Gravity Tower has many gravity rooms, with the third level hosting over a hundred. Many of the doors to the gravity rooms were tightly shut, evidently with cultivators inside undergoing training.
