Chapter 160: Before The Sect Summit Begins? by Harem-Fan

"The child is coming, Angelica. One more push and Nari will come out, and yes he is a boy."

Bianca was helping Angelica deliver the quickly developing baby boy, now an Original Werewolf at birth.

With her bright blue eyes glaring with effort, they glowed in black shadow magic as she gripped the sides of the altar she lay on, and she growled with her enlarged canine teeth showing.

"Gr Ah~! Good... His name is Nari Sky... I'm pushing!"

Even for a powerful monster of legends, Angelica was sweating due to her transformation she just endured and the rapid pregnancy brought on by the Blood Moon she had to go through, as her son was developing rapidly due to his own transformation.

Snip~! Andra was holding the child as Bianca severed the cord connecting mother and son, and this stopped the rapid growth of Nari to a normal rate.

Andra used her Water Utility magic to clean the mother, child, and altar from the mess.

While this was all going on, Alice, still holding her belly, asked Camila with annoyance.

"Tsk~! Mother, why did my baby also not get born like this, so unfair?"

Camila points to the glowing bright red blood (literally glows in the dark) from mother and son on the altar and says with a smile.

"Look at their glowing red blood. You and I have Original Vampire golden supernatural blood of an Undead, while they are the pinnacle of life as Alphas of the Werewolves..."

"They heal and grow at astonishing rates, and under the influence of the Blood Moon, Original Bloodline, and the Altar of Night, the rapid birth was possible this time..."

"You my dear are more dead than alive, while Angelica is truly alive. That is part of why we Vampires and Werewolves historically clash, as their blood is poison for us to drink, and if they infect all Humans with this curse, we Vampires would starve."

Angelica finally lay there exhausted mentally, as her body was already healing itself like a continuous usage of the Vanguard power, Fast Healing, was repairing her injuries of both the transformations and giving birth.

Bianca looked over both mother and son with her "Diagnose" magic, while Andra swaddled the little guy.

Bianca said after scanning Nari.

"He is a very strong and healthy Original Werewolf, with the magic energy of Air, Dark, and Life flowing in his veins. He is a magic user like his parents." (He will be a Mage.)

While this was sinking in, and making Angelica cry with relief, Andra said while poking the little wolf child's nose.

"So cute! Loki's son looks just like Loki with black hair and green eyes! Your father and mother said your name is Nari Sky, right?"

Camila and Angelica wanted to both tag-team slap this stupid maid's mouth for saying their husband's name aloud with that statement, and Camila said with irritation.

"Andra von Dark, don't use my husband's name so casually. Call him King, Master, or Husband, but not his first name. Understand?"

Andra forgot for a moment, because Loki treated her so well alone, she slipped into her real role as Loki's concubine, personal maid, and mistress.

She nodded to Camila while handing the child to Angelica.

Buzz~! Before Angelica took Nari, she had her Disguise Cloak cover her perfect body in a sexy skin-tight black bodysuit that she and Loki love her in.

She took Nari and smiled down at him when she sat up, and then told the four Vampires her real goal.

"Nari came too soon, sigh. The reason I want the black haired Andra at my side is so she can pretend to be Nari's mother around Vali in the Human world... I cannot be known to have Loki's child, not yet..."

"It is ironic that I became the mother of Lana Balder to protect her birth, while I must have Nari do the same thing to protect his birth. Fate in Myst is very real. Isn't it, Camila?"

Despite Nari being a Werewolf, he and Angelica don't make the Vampire women feel repulsive like normal Vampires do with Werewolves, due to their Original nature.

Only Dark Vampires feel fine around the pair, as their bloodline comes from the same Altar of Night.

Normal Vampires from other sources still reject Nari and Angelica.

Angelica felt the soft black hair on Nari's head and said.

"It would be my honor to help you raise my King's child to protect him. I will become his adoptive mother in front of others, Princess Angelica."

Camila admires Angelica's thinking and scheming ability, but both women had no clue that this very plan ultimately leads to the very vision they desperately tried to outsmart.

But I couldn't focus because of the person giving me "cultivation advice" next to me.

My left eye cracked open, only to see Xia Sha's greenish-grey eyes locked on my face inches away, really memorizing my every facial feature.

"What is wrong now? I can't really cultivate with you so close to me. I mean, you smell good, look good, and my mind is wandering. You might become my Heart Daemon if you look too long."

Her hand caressed my cheek, and she asked me seriously.

"You were jealous when you saw the Emperor before, and then you made sure he saw us kiss. That means you know of my past well. Are you upset with me about him?"

I'm not terribly upset, but every man has a tad bit of not wanting to share their woman with others, unless they have strange hobbies.

"Do you still have feelings for him? Would you go back to him if he asked and vowed to the heavens for you?"

Mwah~! She leaned in and gently kissed my lips and said to me after it.

"All of my positive feelings for him were left on our wedding day when he left me. You made a vow for me, so I will make one for you as well. I, Xia Sha..."

I already know she hates the man, and I don't believe in Heavenly Vows anyway, as it is full of loopholes and is asking to be tricked, so I placed my finger on her lips before she made it.

"I don't want your vow, only your heart and body. As long as he can't ever have you, I am satisfied. Now, let me cultivate."

Naturally I am just racking up her favourable meter here, as I don't want my identity of Loki Sky to get her struck by lightning one day.

By telling her a Heavenly Vow is worse than her heart and body, shows her I love her... at least that is what I am going for.

Xia Sha was stiff at first, then slowly her arms held me like the most comfortable teddy bear, till her even-breathing came.

As I brushed her silky long dark brown hair with my fingers, to sooth her, I can tell this is her trying to show me her vulnerable side, the willingness to sleep in the arms of a stranger.

I also didn't use the spell, Cure Mental Fatigue, to stay awake all night and drifted to the land of dreams...

Xia Bing was with her Sect Master, handing her the same Gu Trapping Talisman Loki had given the others, though Xia Bing is immune to them herself, the ones that can't affect Undead that is...

Xue Wuxia was looking at the talisman with a bit of surprise and she asked Xia Bing.

"So, he even knows about Su Youming?"

Xia Bing told her the plan.

"Su Youming is going to make tea for everyone, and many members will be drinking prepared Gu for subtle control. My Master only knows a Golden Silkworm was prepared for him, Gu Xia, Xia Sha, Minglong, or you..."

"Master will capture her Gu and then make them his own later. Gu are difficult to raise and expensive, so he plans on gaining free Gu thanks to Su Youming."

Xue Wuxia smiled slightly and shook her head.

"Here I thought he was protecting me, but was only to catch Gu."

Xia Bing felt Loki's feelings before, then said something exciting.

"You misunderstood, Sect Master. He gave me the talisman for you when he first arrived. Not after you made his heart jump with affection."

Wuxia's heart skipped a beat, and she asked.

"When you looked at him, his heart went wild, with anticipation, melancholy, and affection for seeing you. My master has some history of being connected with others in past lives, so you might be one of them."

Xue Wuxia felt her heart ache hearing the part of melancholy, and her emotions went out of control, the ones she has been forcefully suppressing.

Creak Creak Creak~! As her heart became erratic, the Ice element in her blood began to rush out of control, with ice forming on her skin, the floor around her, and even the air began to freeze with mist.

Xue Wuxia was in immense pain, not from the cold itself, that she is immune to, but the rampaging bloodline of the Ice Phoenix she inherited from her Summons, to help counter her Ice Phoenix Body's detrimental side effects.

Both her Constitution and the Bloodline Essence from her Ice Phoenix are both powerful and restrain one another, but too much Yin in her body has finally become too much for her mortal form to bear.

Creak~! Even when her palm touched the table in front of her, it slowly was covered in supernatural ice as she groaned in discomfort.

Flip Buzz~! Xia Bing acted fast and took out a Yang Talisman and a Yin Locking Pill made by Loki, and first slapped the former on her Sect Master's back, then made hand seals.

The spreading ice slowed and stopped, then Xia Bing held the pill to her master's mouth and said to her.

"My master made this to contain your energy for a day, take it."

With ice covering her eyelashes, blue lips, and pale skin, Xue Wuxia looked at the solid black pill and felt she was being reckless taking Loki Sky's unknown medicine.

She parted her lips in the end, and if Gu Master Loki Sky wanted to do something, it was her fate.

Xia Bing put it in with some ice magic to refine it.

A dozen minutes later, the final bit of frost faded from the Sect Master's body, and she opened her dual colored eyes in surprise.

"I... I am cured?! Xia Bing, this medicine?"

Xia Bing shook her head and said...

"It was the master's only Nether Yin Lotus, and you aren't cured, but poisoned. For 24 hours your symptoms are repressed and seem like a cure, but when it wears off, it will hit you even harder with all the might of the suppressed time, a full day's worth of buildup..."

"So in short, this cure is just a stop gap that is a countdown to a full blown eruption of your Phoenix Blood and Body. You need to be cured before it erupts fully. My master was kind to help you recover, but unkind in that you need his body more now to save your life."

Wuxia asked with a smile, one she hasn't been able to show due to the ice in her body.

"This pill was before he met me and had those feelings, so what would he have done if he met me before making this poison pill?"

Xia Bing nodded in confidence.

"He would've not made the pill and pressed you down already to be healed. But that is just my guess."

Standing, Wuxia looked around and said.

"Tomorrow might be my last day as Sect Master. If I die, you will take over."

"Will you not seek him out then?"

She shook her head and explained.

"That isn't it. We are meeting for the summit in the morning, and we will be pushing the 24 hours closely. I am just telling you I might not make it. But after the meeting, I will wait for him at the Jade Pool, send him with your magic... Goodnight, Bing'er."

Xia Bing gave her Sect Master a cupped fist salute as her master left to rest and probably make final arrangements in case she passes...

Inside her private room, Xue Wuxia was flushed red, as her body felt warm and comfortable for the first time in over a hundred years...

She blushed when she walked to her wardrobe and looked inside.

Despite what Xia Bing thought, she wasn't making last minute preparations, but choosing clothing.

"Really, my first time will actually come soon... My heart isn't ready... But what should I wear, what would a mature Sect Master have on for this kind of meeting?"

Her hands trembled as she pulled out something from long ago, a gift given as a tease from a young Xia Bing for herself.

She held up a silky short kimono-like robe for the bedroom.

It came with a simple design of cherry blossoms and snow over its red silky cloth.

"This... He might like it, right?"

If Loki had seen the Ice Palace master looking like a young woman getting ready for her prom night, he would probably suffer his first sex related nosebleed of his life.

The "Gap Moe" was overwhelming...
