Chapter 122: The Dragons Graveyard Is Open? by Harem-Fan

Wearing my black cultivator robes, I walked up the flying boat's ramp and was greeted by a couple dozen disciples with the traditional cupped-fist bow.

Thorin felt like he was in his second home with the new disciples he had gotten to know.

Second Elder Ku Mu, who was sitting in her plush pilot's seat for travel, controlling the boat, and resting, was vacated by her stunning self for me to sit.

After a couple of weeks of learning my duties, mainly from Jade Slips, I am not shy with the customs now and sat in the chair she offered, as she stood to my side as my elder.

"Everyone sit for a moment, I want to go over a few things."

Most easterners sit with their legs folded under their butts, with a few burly guys and humanoid Demonic Beasts sitting cross-legged.

Thorin joined them, and I could tell he was preoccupied with things, probably what to do about the Recording Stone, as he hasn't brought it up with me.

"Sect Master reminded you of the Vampires and Ice Palace, but please remember the Corpse Refining Sect is here, along with their Holy Maiden Gu Xia. They will be more aggressive here, as their Undead will be unhindered here."

My smile twitched because it seems strange that there is a Gu Xia, and a Xia Gu, right?

"Sorry to interrupt Elder Ku, but this Holy Maiden... She wouldn't happen to be 5'4" tall, with grey blue eyes, and long white hair, would she?"

"Sect Master, that is right! Have you seen her before?"

"What or who does she look like?"

Ku Mu shook her head and said.

"No one has seen her face, as she wears a face veil that covers her lower face. But it is said she dresses provocatively and she carries the Sect's Treasure, the Puppet Refining Coffin."

Fuck, so she goes by Gu Xia, and that name is also fake.

"Was she found as an orphan or street urchin, then brought into her sect?"

Ku Mu nodded again, and she didn't even change the backstory her sister used in Ice Palace, sigh.

"Who is the Corpse Refining Sect's Holy Son then? And will he be coming as well?"

She handed me the tea I started drinking, and she asked with a knowing smile.

"You don't want to let down Wan Meidi and Qinglong, right?"

I nodded to that, because I am Gu'd to my wife, and Qinglong has grand hopes for me, and our past makes it tough for me to ever reject him.

He was a son I let down once in a past life, as strange as it sounds.

"What about me?"

I looked at the smiling, yet not smiling Dryad, and I sensed the melancholy of a long lonely life.

"Are you being silly again, Second Elder? I don't want to disappoint you the most!"

Ku Mu was taken aback and pointed to herself and asked.

"Me, really... Why?"

I reached over and held her soft hand that she didn't pull from my big hand.

"You were born from the World Tree, and how could I ever face Yggi in the future if I don't take care and worry about her favorite Wood Nymph?"

She warmly smiled and asked.

"I still paid 8888 Sect Points... Do you have time before leaving to Dual Cultivate with me?"

She pulled out the joke sect manual that she knows is a scam, and I nodded.

"I think I can squeeze you in for a quick session, if you can "squeeze me in", haha~!"

I then picked up the now limp Ku Mu and carried her to her jade bed with soft bedding...

An hour later, I tucked in the radiant Nymph under her dark green sheets and said...

"Mu... That was not work for me, do you understand?"

"Then in private, I won't call you Sect Master, but Loki or Husband?"

I brushed the hair from her pretty face and nodded.

"Yes. Just remember we don't have a Gu to bring us together, so we need to work hard to keep loving each other forever. When I can fulfill all of your earthly desires, I can face Yggi with a smile."

"Good, Husband. While you leave to get stronger, not only will I pray to Yggi like always, I will also pray to her father, you. I want to see the day you face her, hopefully with me there."

"Loki, why did you bring us here?"

I smiled at Alice, who is holding my arm like a teenager in love, and pointed to the World Tree root.

"I need all of you with me to inspect the gate in private."

I pulled out the Yggi's Heartbow and made it turn invisible with the Hidden Gu and hid my magical power signatures.

"The last time I came to the Royal Realm, I made the portal open earlier than the others, Alice honey. So I am trying my luck again."

Her yellow eyes opened wide with anticipation.

"You mean that rumor was actually true, my King?!"

Mwah~! I kissed her forehead and nodded.

"I think if a portal is close to opening, I can hasten it with my magic just a tad. So I am here to try my luck. This way we beat the Amazons and Unorthodox Eastern Sects inside."

I did my silent casting and visible energy signals, then touched the root...

The hidden Longbow in my hand acted as a signal to the World Tree, like an ID card being swiped, and I put a quarter of my Life magic into the root.

Ku Mu, who was still resting in bed, had her dark and lovely eyes open in surprise...

She quickly prostrated in the bed towards the root's direction, and said with a smile.

"World Tree and Loki, my life is now tied to both of you, not just the World Tree... I pray you are successful, Husband!"

With my eyes closed, I felt with my heart for the presence of Yggi...

I smiled, because I felt she was far away and watching me, but then a closer presence was also felt?

When I felt the spirit and wasn't sure what it was, the Yggi's Heartbow in my hand excitedly vibrated, like it was telling me to reach out and grab whatever was calling me.

Without thinking, I trusted anything to do with Yggi, and felt for the spirit and touched it with my soul.

Buzz~! Both my heart, the Heartbow, and the spirit shook in unison, and then I suddenly understood everything!

The name "Heartbow" wasn't anything to do with Yggi herself, but it was fate waiting for me to find her heart!

As Ku Mu's heart and mine connected, the bow changed as well... Not outwardly, but its core was now pulsing with a connection!

Now it is called the Dryad's Heartbow!

I always thought it felt incomplete with just free aura arrows and the like, but now I understand, Yggi wanted me to find her Tree Spirit in this life.

Rumble~! I removed my hand from the root, and turned to the distant Sect Flying Boat and smiled.

Currently, Ku Mu was being overwhelmed with our new Summoner Link, the way Angelica had been.

But this link seems stronger than most, as it is full of her conviction in me? (Loki's first official worshiper.)

"It seems my luck is better than I thought. I even captured a Nymph's heart?!"

Thankfully the very loud rumbling of the portal slowly opening covered my words, as I don't want most to know about my Dryad's connection to Yggi, as her life is tied to Yggi and now me it seems.

In a couple of hours, the portal will be fully open!

Now we can enter the Dragons Graveyard...
