A golden light flashed, and Kizaru teleported to the bow of the ship, wiping a trail of blood from the corner of his mouth.
"What a monster!" he muttered, clearly troubled by being struck down by his own tactics.
Lucifer hovered above the warship, smirking. With a wave of his hand, he summoned a new attack. "Light Saber: Yata no Kagami!"
Countless lightsabers materialized around Lucifer, densely filling the sky. With a sweeping gesture, the lightsabers surged forward, raining down toward the warship.
"This is bad..." Kizaru muttered, his expression finally serious. He soared into the sky, firing back with a volley of light bullets to intercept the assault.
The sheer force of Lucifer's move was overwhelming. Although it might not kill him outright, the warship—and everyone on board—was in immediate peril. If Kizaru couldn't neutralize this onslaught, the warship would be obliterated in an instant, along with thousands of Marine soldiers.
Explosive collisions filled the sky, creating massive fireballs that turned the clouds red and whipped up ferocious winds, sending huge waves crashing around the warship.
"Get us out of here, now!" Kizaru's voice rang out from above.
Obeying the command, a Marine Rear Admiral on deck quickly ordered the warship to retreat.
Lucifer laughed, watching them attempt to flee. "Oh? Trying to escape right in front of me? Where's your respect?" He extended his hand toward the warship. "Universal Pull!"
