Uchiha orphan, so what if I'm ruthless?

Chapter 181 : Fudo Myoo vs. True Several Thousand Hands

After his laughter subsided, Uchiha Taiga brought his hands together in front of him, palms facing each other.

The pale-gold chakra flames enveloping his body suddenly surged, like oil poured over a fire, instantly flaring with brilliant light. The layer of flames expanded outward, illuminating the air for dozens of meters around him. His hair whipped back in the fiery aura, and his clothes fluttered wildly.

At this very moment, his eyes also changed.

His originally white pupils turned pale-gold. Deep within them, it looked as though a golden river was slowly flowing, exceptionally magnificent.

Behind him, five pale-gold chakra spheres materialized—two more than the last time.

The spheres were not large, each only the size of a fist. They were evenly distributed in the air behind him, slowly floating up and down with him as the focal point, resembling five clusters of light sealed in amber.

Tenseigan Chakra Mode!

Although it was not a truly complete Tenseigan and still lacked many elements, his imposing aura at this moment was not to be underestimated.

The next moment, the Majestic Attire Wooden Golem beneath Uchiha Taiga's feet began to tremble.

Looking closely, one would realize it wasn't the wooden golem itself shaking, but the earth beneath its feet.

The dirt and rocks began to churn as if stirred by an invisible hand, surging like water and spreading outward from beneath the Majestic Attire Wooden Golem.

The earth was deforming, rising, and condensing.

Countless amounts of soil and stone surged from all directions, converging beneath the Majestic Attire Wooden Golem. They stacked layer by layer, compacting and rising higher and higher.

The Majestic Attire Wooden Golem was hoisted high by the earth and rocks, ascending from the ground into the sky.

The dirt and stones formed a massive pedestal beneath its feet. The pedestal grew larger, taller, and wider, its shape transforming from an initial chaotic pile of rubble into a colossal humanoid figure.

This figure was roughly the same height as the True Several Thousand Hands statue. It was entirely formed from condensed earth and rock, but this figure was not a Buddha; it was a Wisdom King.

Taking the appearance of a four-armed youth, it stood upon a massive stone platform, its body leaning slightly forward with a furious, glaring expression.

Its face was that of a child—round and chubby—but its brows were tightly furrowed, its eyes wide and glaring, and the corners of its mouth turned down, resembling an angry toddler.

However, it was simply too massive. Magnified to such a scale, that childishness transformed into sheer majesty, creating an overwhelming pressure and a terrifying deterrence that made one afraid to look directly at it.

Four arms extended from the sides of its body, much thicker and more robust than the arms of the True Several Thousand Hands statue.

Each arm was hundreds of meters long, and each hand grasped a golden longsword. These swords were not made of stone but condensed from chakra. Light flowed across the pale-gold blades, and their edges gleamed with radiant energy.

The Majestic Attire Wooden Golem sat cross-legged atop the Wisdom King's head. The pale-gold chakra flames on its body expanded, transforming into a massive halo behind the Wisdom King.

The halo was enormous, large enough to cover the Wisdom King's entire back. The edge of the halo consisted of concentric rings of light: the outermost ring was pale-gold, the middle was golden-yellow, and the innermost was pure white.

The halo slowly rotated, and with every revolution, a ripple of light expanded outward from the Wisdom King, illuminating the entire sky.

The Fudo Myoo statue!

Senju Hashirama's True Several Thousand Hands statue lowered its brows, its eyes half-closed as if taking pity on all living beings.

Uchiha Taiga's Fudo Myoo statue glared furiously, its eyes wide open as if to subjugate all evil.

The Kannon lowered its brows; the Wisdom King glared in fury.

The two colossal statues faced each other from a distance, separated by a devastated landscape and skies filled with swirling dust.

The crowd outside the town had long been stunned by this sight.

Rasa stood behind the earth wall, his head tilted up as he stared at the two giant statues in the distance. His mouth hung open, his eyes were wide, and the expression on his face shifted from shock to something indescribable.

He realized he had spoken his previous praises too soon.

When he saw that forest outside Sunagakure, he thought that was the absolute pinnacle of Wood Style.

When he watched the two Majestic Attire giants brawling just moments ago, he thought that was the climax of this battle.

But now, he knew he was wrong. Everything he had seen before was merely an appetizer.

The imposing might displayed by those two behemoths on the horizon was chilling.

One was the Thousand-Armed Kannon, its thousand arms spread out on both sides of its body like a massive folding screen that blotted out half the sky.

The other was Fudo Myoo, its four arms each wielding a golden sword, standing upon a stone pedestal with a giant halo behind it illuminating the entire land.

The shadows cast by the two colossal statues plunged the town into a dim twilight.

Rasa's hands were trembling.

It wasn't out of fear, but a natural physical reaction to facing something completely beyond the realm of comprehension.

He knew he could never reach such heights. It wasn't a matter of effort; the gap in sheer talent was simply too vast.

Chiyo stood behind Rasa. At some point, her hands had released her chakra threads. Her puppets lay scattered at her feet, but she paid them no mind. She only stared at the distant Fudo Myoo statue, her lips trembling slightly.

She had lived for many years. She had seen the First Kazekage and the First Hokage, but she had never seen this kind of power. Never.

Raikage A stood on the other side of the earth wall. Without realizing it, he had already retracted his Lightning Style chakra. One hand hung by his side, clenched into a fist so tight that his nails dug into his palm, leaving deep crescent marks.

His eyes were locked onto the distant Fudo Myoo statue, his pupils quivering slightly. His lips were pressed tightly together, as if he were holding something back.

Onoki floated in midair, his Particle Style having long since dissipated. He leaned slightly forward, staring unblinkingly at the two giant statues in the distance. His expression was incredibly complex—so complex that even his lips were trembling slightly.

"This is the power!"

As the most senior among the Kage, witnessing this scene brought back memories of his childhood, when he had looked up at those two men in the exact same way.

Only this time, there was one more person he had to look up to.

Yagura Karatachi stood at the very back. His coral staff had dropped, its tip resting on the ground. The muscles on his youthful face twitched slightly, his tension visible to the naked eye.

At this moment, in the center of the battlefield, Uchiha Taiga stood atop the Majestic Attire Wooden Golem. The Fudo Myoo statue held a golden sword in each of its four arms, the halo behind it slowly rotating, and the chakra flames on its body burning fiercely.

Its might was earth-shattering!

However, tears of blood were streaming from the corners of his eyes.

Two trails of crimson liquid seeped from his eyes, tracing down his cheeks, flowing past his chin, and dripping onto his collar.

Uchiha Taiga didn't care. He didn't even bother to wipe them away.

In the Tenseigan Chakra Mode, his demeanor was like that of a god, but this state was also a heavy burden on him.

After all, it was not a fully matured Tenseigan. Forcibly activating it inevitably took a toll. His eyes were enduring immense pressure; the blood vessels around them bulged slightly, and the strain within his eye sockets increased bit by bit.

But he ignored all of that completely. His attention was entirely focused on the distant Thousand-Armed Kannon statue and the two men standing atop its head.

Uchiha Madara's expression was incredibly grim.

Standing beside Senju Hashirama with his arms crossed, his lips were pressed tightly together, and the muscles in his face twitched slightly. His gaze fell on the distant Fudo Myoo statue, his expression sour.

He knew that winning this battle was likely impossible now.

The last time he lost to Uchiha Taiga, he thought he had simply been careless and hadn't gone all out from the start.

But now, he was fighting with everything he had, even with Senju Hashirama's cooperation, yet the boy's power was even greater than before.

Having experienced defeat once and recognizing the current gap between himself and Uchiha Taiga, Uchiha Madara was mentally prepared. However, he refused to lose. He refused to admit that he was inferior to a mere brat.

Senju Hashirama stood beside him, staring wide-eyed at the distant Fudo Myoo statue. His mouth was slightly agape, and his expression shifted from surprise to pure delight.

"Whoa!"

His voice carried genuine admiration.

"That's absolutely incredible!"

Uchiha Madara's mouth twitched. He turned his head and glared at Senju Hashirama, the crimson light in his eyes intensifying.

"Idiot, now is not the time for that!"

He let out a cold snort. "Here we go!"

Senju Hashirama blinked, his smile unwavering as he nodded.

"Oh, right! Let's go!"

Both men let out a simultaneous shout, and the Kannon statue beneath their feet sprang into motion.

The Kannon statue surged forward.

BOOM!!!

The entire earth trembled. Fissures spread in all directions from beneath the Kannon statue's feet. Some cracks were a full ten to twenty meters wide, while others stretched all the way to the foot of the distant mountains.

Rubble tumbled from the edges of the fissures, falling into the dark abysses below, taking a long time before any sound of impact could be heard.

Standing atop the Fudo Myoo statue, Uchiha Taiga grinned and burst into laughter.

His mouth was stretched wide, revealing both rows of teeth. His laughter was booming, echoing far and wide. With blood still weeping from the corners of his eyes and two crimson trails running down his cheeks, he looked terrifyingly deranged.

The Fudo Myoo statue also moved.

Its four arms raised simultaneously, the four golden longswords flashing blindingly in the sunlight. With the blades pointed toward the Kannon statue, the Wisdom King's four eyes widened in a furious glare.

The next moment, the Fudo Myoo statue charged forward.

BOOM!!!

The earth trembled and fractured once more.

The ground beneath the Kannon statue and the ground beneath the Wisdom King statue split along the exact same line. The fissure extended outward from between the two colossi, tearing the entire landscape in half.

Debris slid from the edges of the chasm, falling into the abyss with muffled thuds.

The distance between the two giant statues rapidly closed.

The Kannon statue's thousand arms reached right in front of the Wisdom King, while the Wisdom King's four golden swords were raised high above the Kannon's head.

The two colossal statues collided, and in that instant, the heavens shook and the earth shattered.
