Chapter 29: Reassurance
The small sounds of eating and drinking tea echo through Frenley's kitchen. The girls stay quiet, trying to process what they just read. The implications of which made their head hurt. Frenley watched the girls as he drank his tea, letting the sweet taste of the apple tea roll down his throat. His eyes watch their faces, the cute, casual outfits they wear. The way Mia seemed to cross one of her legs under her as she ate.
Frenley rested his head on his hand as he looked at them. A soft smile on his face, music slowly playing from his phone. Risa was the first to look him in the eyes. She looked at herself, making sure that there was nothing sticking to her.
“Don't worry, darling, I was lost looking at you guys.”
That seems to cause the small lady to blush heavily. His words seem to wake up the tall, tan beauty, looking up at him with a soft blush.
“That was very smooth.”
“But it's the truth. When I saw the changes..I started to question everything. If I were even the same person. If I even like you guys. If you even liked me.”
His words sat in the air. The girls grab his hands, letting him finish speaking before they say their piece.
“But Ailice said my soul is the same. I may be changing physically, but I am still myself. I still love watching anime and playing games; my taste in music is the same. My love for both of you is the same. I don't think I am poly in the true sense of the world.. These only work because it's you two. No one else makes my heart move the way you two do. Even as you stay there, eating and drinking.. I”
“Shhh, no need to say any more, mi amor. I understand. I am very flattered you feel that way. I can tell you right now, my feelings for you and Risa aren't fake. I like you two, yes, I may be horny on main. But I enjoy every second talking and being with you guys.” Mia said softly as she used her free hand to grab Risa's empty hand.
“I enjoy talking about music with you, Frenley. I enjoy teasing you with Mia. I enjoy talking to Mia about random things. I enjoy your voices and your touches. I think as well that I am not a true poly. But for you two, I am willing to do anything. You guys are my sun and moon.”
The trio stays silent, and the soft music from Frenley's phone continues. Their fingers intertwine with each other. They lost themselves in their touch and eyes. Frenley does not need to join some grand party of sin and flesh to blow steam or relax. He does not need a million women to satisfy him, money to become as rich as a dragon. Frenley has a small list of things that he needs. His friends, family, his music, his games, his books to read, Mia, Risa, and their relationship.
Soon, Frenley's music changed; gone was the romantic song that enabled the mood. What came out of his phone was a hard rock song. Frenley's face turns bright red as he tries to lower the phone's volume. His antics cause Mia and Risa to laugh softly. Their laughter was music to his ears, even if they felt hot to the touch at the moment.
“Hahah, this is the reason why we have separate playlists for specific moods, mi amor,” Mia said as she crossed her arms while looking at him.
“Oh, babe, you're one of those people?” Risa said, laying her head on the table as she looked at him
“I just don't see the point in it- It has not been a problem till now. Gosh, that was such a good mood too.”
“Yeah, it was, babe. You are quite the romantic, it seems.” Risa said, standing up and stretching, looking at him with a soft, caring smile. “How about you show us around your apartment? I have the hunch we will be coming here often.”
“Oh, great idea, sweetheart! Come on! Show us, Frenley.”
The man sighed with a smile as he got up and started to show the girls his small apartment. He shows them his bathroom, warning them not to step in, as he isn't entirely sure he's cleaned all the glass away. He showed them his living room. There was nothing in it except his couch and a coffee table.
The girls made disapproving sounds when they saw the state of his living room. He chuckled softly as he scratched the back of his neck. He then led them to his bedroom, opening the door, and the moment he did, he noticed every single little thing he had not cleaned. It drove him crazy as he picked up small pieces of trash.
Mia leaned on the door frame as she looked at the room. Risa entered it and looked at Frenley's gaming setup. His book collection. Figures of scantily dressed anime girls. Music posters that were framed and hanging on his walls.
“Sorry for the mess, I promise to make sure it's clean next time y'all come.”
“Nah, love, it's pretty good if I must say,” Mia said from the door frame.
Risa sat on his soft bed.
“So you can decorate, this feels like a proper room where someone was living. That living room is a disgrace,” The short woman said as she patted his pillow.
“Agree, sweetheart. How are we supposed to do Netflix and chill if there is no TV or Netflix?” The tall woman said, shaking her head, as she walked over to Risa and sat next to her.
Frenley looked at the two beauties sitting on his bed, swallowing a mouthful of saliva. He never thought he would ever see a woman sitting on his bed, much less two of them.
“Looks like we've got to go to my place if we want to do that, Mia,” Risa said to her lover.
“Agree”
Frenley enjoyed looking at them till his phone started ringing. His face turned pale as he looked at the girls.
“Excuse me for a second, my friend is calling me.”
Frenley walked out of the room as he answered Will's call.
“What do you want?”
“Well fuck you too, I guess. Was calling to ask you if you talked with those girls of yours.”
“Yes, we did.”
“So what is the verdic-”
“Um~ Frenley love, I'm so empty without you inside of me!” Mia said with a lewd and loud voice.
Frenley's face turned pure red as he turned to look at a laughing Mia and a giggling Risa. He could not believe she would pull such a joke at their current age.
“Frenley! Are there girls in your house right now!?”
“What n-”
“Oh, Frenley~ come here, babe! I need more white meat!”
With Risa joining in, Frenley sighs in defeat. Rubbing his eyes.
“Yes..the two girls that I was talking about are in my apartment right now.”
“Shit, dude! I hope I am not interrupting you while you're losing your V card! Wait, no, you should not have answered in the first place, idiot!”
“If I were having sex, I would not have answered your stupid call! I am not that stupid!”
The girls giggle as they see him talk; he looks at them. They blew him a kiss, and he smiled softly at them before remembering he was supposed to be mad at their joke.
“Frenley, can you put me on speaker?”
“Absolutely no-”
“Frenley, we wish to also say hi to your friend!”
Risa said with a soft smile, Mia nodding along. Frenley sighed as he walked back into his room. Pulling his gaming chair out and sitting down. He placed the phone on speaker.
“You are on speaker.”
“Hell yeah! Hello, y'all! I am Will, a childhood friend of Frenley!”
“Hello Will! I am Mia! Frenley and Risa's future girlfriend.”
“Good morning, Will. I am Risa. Future partners with Risa and Frenley.”
“Pleasure to meet you two! Frenley already talked to me about y'all yesterday. I hope I am hearing correctly, but y'all work out an arrangement?”
“Yes, we did!” Mia said with a large smile. “We're still not official, but we plan to have a few dates together and see how the wind takes us. We all want this to work out.”
“That is great to hear, do treat my friend right. This will be his first real relationship, and I want it to work out for him.”
“Don't worry, he is quite the charmer. I can promise you I have no intention of hurting him.” Risa said with a soft smile.
“Me neither!” Mia responded soon after the short woman.
“I am not planning to ever make one of them cry,” Frenley said with a serious face and tone.
“Aww, look at you three, cute already. Well, I hope to meet you yall in person soon! Frenley, maybe you can invite them to play dnd with us.”
“Um, I don't know if they are into that.”
“Never played it before, but I am down to learn.” The tall woman said.
“I am down to play with you guys, don't worry, babe, I can teach you,” Risa said as she grabbed Mia’s hand.
“Thank you, sweetheart.”
“We can have a proper full party, shit, this is making me think of plans. Alright, will leave y'all! Frenley, be sure to wear a condom, you sly dog.” Will said through the phone
“We aren't having sex!” Frenley said to his friend with a heavy blush.
“Yet, haha, well, leave yall to it! Bye bye! Hoho, I got to tell Jess and Aki about th-”
Frenley ended the call. He sighs as he rubs his face, looking up at the girls and their beautiful, goofy smiles.
“He seems like a nice dude,” Risa said with a small chuckle.
“He is far from it..” Frenley said with a defeated tone.
“So who is this Aki and Jess he was talking about? Friend of yours as well?” Mia said while looking at him
“Yes, Aki is Will's twin sister, and Jess is our childhood friend. She and Aki are married.”
“Oh, I am so happy for them, always been jealous of high school sweethearts,” Mia said with a soft smile.
“Tell me about it. They've been dating since the start of high school. I am sure you guys will get along.” Frenley said softly as he looked up at the two girls sitting on his bed.
“Well, I think we have intruded on your personal space for more than enough, babe. I have quite a few commissions I have to work on.” Risa said as she started to stand up
“Oh heavens, please, having you guys next to me will never be annoying. If it were up to me, I would like for y'all to live here with me. That way, when I wake up after every dream. You two will still be with me.” Frenley said in a serious tone
“Gosh, you got a way with lines, don't you love?” Mia said with a chuckle as she stood up as well. “Guess that is one of the charming things about you.”
Frenley smiled as he led them out of his bedroom and towards the door of his apartment. The girls follow right behind him. Frenley stood close by the door, not wanting it to open.
“You guys can come over for dinner if you would like,” He said, hoping they would say yes.
“That would be a date, love. We already have our dates planned for next week.” Mia said, looking at him with a raised eyebrow.
“Can't blame a guy for trying. I wish to spend every second with you guys.” He said as he opened the door for them.
Mia walked by him, kissing him on the lips as she stepped out. She held out her hand for her female lover. Risa kissed his lips as well. Patting his chest as she grabs Mia’s hand.
“See you later tonight, handsome,” Risa said with words full of affection.
“Bye bye mi amor~” Mia waved goodbye at him as she walked with Risa in her hand.
“See you later, my darlings.”
Frenley stayed leaning on his door as he watched them go. His eyes never left their swinging hips. As he was about to close the door, he noticed one of his neighbors had the door open. His eyes were wide open. The man was in the middle of taking out the trash when he saw the scene play out. He held out two fingers; Frenley didn't need to hear him to know what he was asking. He nodded his head with a proud smile as he closed his door.
