The Girls That Came With the Rain

The Family

Tangled sheets lay in ruin across the mattress, saturated with the unmistakable scent of sex and sweat.

Zed collapsed back against the pillows, his chest heaving. He looked around the disaster zone of his bedroom, his gaze eventually landing on the scattered garments belonging to the twins.

-Alice and Betty could come back any minute, he said, pointing at the clothes strewn across the floor. I'm not sure where they went, but I'm pretty sure they're coming back.

Flower chuckled. She reached out, her thumb swiping a stray glob of semen from the corner of Deb's mouth. Without a second thought, Flower popped her thumb into her own mouth to clean it off.

-Mmm, delicious, she purred. But you raise a good point, stud.

Zed shifted his weight, propping himself up on one elbow to look at the redhead.

-Deb, you know Alice and Betty better than us, he said. What's up with Alice? It seems like she wants to be part of the harem but she gets these jealous bursts.

Deb rolled onto her back beside Zed and stared up at the ceiling.

-Well, Alice has always been a bit more traditional than the rest of us, Deb explained. She wants to be part of something special, feel loved and desired... but sharing isn't really in her nature.

Deb turned her head to look at Zed.

-Whenever she sees someone else getting intimate with 'her men', it triggers this green-eyed monster inside her. It's not that she doesn't want to share... it's just hard for her sometimes. Hence the jealousy bombs.

-I like her and Betty, Zed said firmly, pushing himself up from the bed and standing naked in the center of the room. I want them both to be part of this.

Flower sat up and stretched, her joints popping slightly.

-Then we'll just have to work together to help Alice overcome those jealous tendencies, won't we? Flower asked. With patience, understanding, and maybe a few well-placed distractions.

She added a playful wink in Zed's direction.

-Betty seems to balance her out nicely though, Flower noted. That gal is sunshine personified!

Deb stood up from the bed. She started gathering the scattered clothing items, looking to dress herself.

-We could try having more open communication, Deb suggested as she worked. Reassure Alice of her important place in this little family...

-A family? Zed asked curiously.

Deb looked over at Zed with a soft smile. She tossed a shirt into the hamper.

-Yes, a family, Deb confirmed. That's exactly what this is becoming, whether intentional or not.

-I like that, Zed said.

He reached down to grab Flower's floral sundress from the floor, handing it back to the older woman.

Flower took it and slipped it on over her naked form, letting the lightweight fabric settle comfortably around her generous curves.

-Family indeed, Flower agreed. And as the wise matriarch of this clan, she grinned at Deb playfully, I decree that we must ensure everyone feels cherished, included and thoroughly satisfied. In body, heart and soul.

Deb paused her cleaning, glancing around at the disheveled state of the room, and then at Zed and Flower standing there, equally tousled from their passionate interlude.

-Speaking of satisfaction... Deb began.

Flower chuckled. She stepped closer to Deb.

-Satisfaction achieved, my dear, Flower said. Though I must say, you wear the mark of our lovemaking quite beautifully.

-It might be a bit of a shock for Alice to find you both here when she and Betty return, Zed pointed out.

Deb giggled mischievously, leaning into Flower's touch as she considered Zed's words.

-Shock value is half the fun, wouldn't you agree? Deb asked. Besides, I rather like the idea of sporting our activities like a badge of honor. Let's just hope Betty is as thrilled as Alice is likely to be.

-I can never tell how Alice will react to anything, Zed admitted with a heavy sigh.

Deb's eyes lit up. She stepped away from Flower, turning to face them both with an impish grin.

-Well, sugar, the best way to handle volatile little firecrackers like Alice is to catch them off guard and overwhelm their defenses with sheer, overwhelming affection! Deb declared dramatically.

She began to pace the room.

-Picture this, Deb started, gesturing wildly with her hands. Betty and Alice walk through that door expecting God knows what, and instead of finding a den of rivals plotting their downfall... they find you showering me with adoration, proclaiming your undying love and devotion to every beautiful inch of me!

Deb gestured grandly to her own scantily-clad form, striking a pose in the center of the room.

-While I bask in the glow of your worship, looking utterly debauched and satisfied beyond measure, Deb finished, looking incredibly pleased with herself.

-You're a wicked one Deb, Zed laughed, shaking his head.

Deb laughed, her eyes sparkling with mirth and mischief.

-Why thank you, kind sir! I do aim to please in... various ways, she boasted. Now, picture poor Alice, jealousy rearing its ugly head once more as she watches you fawn over lil ol' me.

Deb held up a finger, pausing for dramatic effect.

-But wait! But then sweet, sunny Betty pipes up with some variation of "Isn't Deb just glowing today? Look how happy she looks, being praised and appreciated by such a wonderful man."

Deb tapped her chin.

-Alice may still bristle initially, but she loves Betty dearly and trusts her instincts. If Betty genuinely believes this display of affection is harmless and positive... Well, it gives our fiery friend pause to reconsider her immediate knee-jerk reaction.

She looked to Zed while Flower looked Deb over.

-You know, Deb, she began as much as I appreciate your creative approach to problem-solving, I'm not entirely convinced catching Alice completely off guard is the most constructive method here, Flower said gently.

-No, it really sounds like it would make the problem worse, Zed agreed.

He walked over and opened the bedroom door, signaling it was time for them to make their way down to the kitchen and out of the disaster zone.

-Ugh, fine. Guess we can skip the grand spectacle. Buzzkill, Deb grumbled playfully. But I stand by my assessment, Deb continued. Open communication and overwhelming Alice with sincerity and affection are key. Maybe tone down the public displays of depravity for now though.

-Open communication, that's key, Zed repeated, leaning against the doorframe. It wasn't nice of you to sneak in last night and hide in the linen closet Deb.

Deb blushed slightly

-Uh, yeah, about that... Deb stammered. I guess I may have gotten a bit carried away in the heat of the moment.

-Come on, Zed said, gesturing down the hallway.

The three of them filed out of the bedroom, leaving the scent of their sins behind as they headed for the kitchen.
