Chapter 21: Holding Hancock and Calling Kizaru (R18)
"You can go first and let the Marines follow you slowly."
"And the route to Sabaody Archipelago is very safe."
"Yes, the Marine headquarters is near Sabaody, and the security is very high."
The Celestial Dragons offered their advice to Lakeman, who smiled and nodded, appearing to take their opinions into consideration. However, his real target wasn't the Sabaody Archipelago at all. As long as he left the holy land of Mariejois, the destination was irrelevant. The key lay in which Marine would escort him.
In other words, the focus of this trip was Kizaru and nothing else.
"The current Kizaru is not yet an Admiral, and his strength is far from reaching its peak in the later stages. He's not a lazy dog yet; he still practices hard every day," Lakeman thought, narrowing his eyes slightly.
He was interested in observing Kizaru's growth process from Vice Admiral to Admiral. Once bound, Kizaru would definitely provide generous feedback.
Late at Night.
Lakeman bid farewell to the veteran Celestial Dragons, waved down their invitations, and returned to his chambers, where he embraced the soft and pink Hancock.
